Memories, pains and love was the week gone by. Blessed to have someone to take care of.
Though reading was a bit slower, it was more of free and timely healthy eating and sleeping.
The day started with fresh soup in the morning made of beetroot, carrots, tomatoes, onion, pepper and a bowl of sprouts followed by traditional breakfast.
Lunch was a bowl of rice, rasam, green vegetables, home made pumpkin or mangoes.
Evening it is a bowl of mixed fruits and oats
with yummy chukku kappi at around 6
and dinner by 8.
