Fear - Overcome

 Fear:

• The scenario of unknown creates a feeling and that is fear
• I do not have the skill. Lack of skill creates uncertainty of the outcome.
• The current belief system.

Believing something much before it has actually happen, is the faith. 

Belief System - Outside Forces Vs. Inside Forces. 

Outside Force:

• Your mentor
• Your Training and Development (Books, Programs, Audio learning)
• Your Company
• Your Team

Inside Force:

These are like vaccines.

Faith -

• Fuel to actin
• Face Rejection
• Face Disappointment

But will not allow you to quit in the middle
