- Repeat your affirmations 3 times per day. The best times are first thing in the morning, in the middle of the day for course correction and around bedtime.
- Work Consistently and in depth with a few affirmations than to occasionally repeat a lot of them.
- Read loud if in private place else silently.
- Visualize as if it is happening.
- Hear the sound of people telling how pleased they are.
- Feel the feeling you will have.
Other Ways to use affirmations are:
- Print and laminate your affirmations
- Print pictures of your affirmations
- Repeat silently or loud your affirmations during ‘wasted time’
- Audio record your affirmations and listen to them
Script your own ‘Action’ & ‘Goal’ Affirmations
Practise them daily.
"I am enough".
This is one of my favourite self affirmations.
However, it is sometimes misinterpreted as complacency. That "I do not have to grow any further."
That is not true.
The actual affirmation is "I am enough, at this moment."
It is my way of not blaming myself for where I am.
Instead, feel responsible for what I ought to do.
Which is to keep striving to get better.
This quote by Sophia Bush beautifully summarises it.
"You can be a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time. "
Don't let anyone lover your vibrations. In this journey, some people who are in lover energy will not like your higher vibration, they will try to let you down. Own your emotions and own your power. Ignore them and say your prayer and focus on your work.
