CAKE (Compassion, Acceptance, Kindness and Empathy).

Applying Compassion, Acceptance, Kindness and Empathy techniques can foster healthier and more fulfilling interpersonal connections.

Would You agree if I say, having CAKE daily is good for health?

Compassion

Compassion is a social feeling that motivates people to go out of their way to relieve the physical, mental, or emotional pains of others and themselves.

How to Practice Compassion

Speak with kindness.

Apologize when you've made a mistake.

Listen carefully and without judgment.

Encourage other people.

Offer to help someone with a task.

Be happy for someone else's success.

Accept people for who they are.

Forgive people for making mistakes.

Compassionate Inner Voice

“I’m human, and I’m growing”

“I’ve faced challenges before and have come out stronger. I can handle this too.”

“I forgive myself; mistakes are opportunities for growth.”

“It’s okay to feel overwhelmed, I’m allowed to have difficult moments.”
