Tips when Quarantined

Heart Yearns for Love & Understanding - Praying for Peace - During these trying times - Part 1
Tough Time Never Last....But Tough People Do; Be Strong dears....

Life has imposed a vacation, not for too long, make most of it. Do things you have not done before. Turn this difficult transition, to a golden period of your life. Time to ask, is this what I want to do with my life? Like how a painter will step back and evaluate his own paintings.

Enhance skills, time to evaluate if we are environmentally motivated or self-motivated people. The former will always be frustrated and in the blame game mode, while the latter would find opportunity during this time, once again getting in touch with hobbies, upgrading ourselves with our skills.

For once life has take us out of the drill and forcing us to ask ourselves these questions. Explore, Express, Educate self. Ask Existential questions about life, and seek answers from within.

Let us resolve that when this is over we will be more expressive....more forgiving..more inclusive.... And certainly far less arrogant! With priorities clear and straight.

Who knows, a breakthrough may transform our lives in unimaginable ways!

Loved this blog by my friends daughter - Ishita: 'The Wise Idiot' - Titled Love in the time of Corona – Part I

very well written with beautiful videos and pics...some very nostalgic like friends - "The Wise Idiot, have not lost hope. We believe that a little self-love and mindfulness can help us come out of this self-quarantine, happy and healthy. " - my favourite lines. A great writing. Love the way kids utilise the time enriching knowledge and creating a data bank for future reference.
‘Love is a mutating virus; you can’t understand it at any age’ said Akhtar Baig in Taj Mahal 1989 (A Netflix Original). Yet, I can’t help but wonder if ‘love’ is the most primitive and raw feeling to a human being? If you think about it, all our emotions: anger, sadness or grief are a .....Per her Here are some ways to retain your sanity:
1) Good food equals good mood - No wonder her mother - has made our whats app group active, with posting of lovely cuisine in each of our schoolies homes and sharing the recipes.
2) Get positive - Get rid of negativity. Positive will attract positive - (Isn't that why our ancestors even called smallpox Devi?) Write down 5 things you are grateful for, give yourself a pep talk, watch positive videos...There are so many things you can do.
3) Let’s Nacho! Dance your worries away - Ha.
4) Love your skin - Hmmm.
5) Clean everything, not just your hands.
6) Pyaar ka Izhar! (Express your love) - Proclaim your love to yourself.
7) Mind the mind - Practice mindfulness - Mindfulness is being aware of what is going on around you, and not going overboard and getting anxious. Meditation might help.
8) We are all in this together - Nothing builds hope and love in a time of crisis than unity.
9) There is a silver lining

The Wise Idiot urges you to keep the love alive and floating in the air, stay in and stay healthy. Soon, love will trump the Coronavirus.

Bill Gates: “The Corona Virus… is sent to remind us of the important lessons that we seem to have forgotten and it is up to us if we will learn them or not.”

1) we are all equal, regardless of our culture, religion, occupation, financial situation or how famous we are.
2) we are all connected and something that affects one person has an effect on another.
3) how precious our health is and how we have moved to neglect it
4) shortness of life and of what is most important for us to do is to help each other
5) it’s the essentials that we need (food, water, medicine) as opposed to the luxuries that we sometimes unnecessarily give value to, how materialistic our society has become.
6) how important our family and home life is
7) Our true work is to look after each other, to protect each other and to be of benefit to one another. our true work is not our job, that is what we do, not what we were created to do.
8) keep our egos in check.A virus can bring our world to a standstill.
9) it is difficulties that bring out our true colours. We can decide to help others, or support others during this time.
10) We can either understand that this type of situation has happened many times before in history and will pass, or we can panic and see it as the end of the world and, consequently, cause ourselves more harm than good.
11) his can either be an end or a new beginning.
12) this Earth is sick.
13) after every difficulty, there is always ease. Life is cyclical, and this is just a phase in this great cycle. We do not need to panic; this too shall pass.
14) great corrector sent to remind us of the important lessons that we seem to have forgotten and it is up to us if we will learn them or not.
