• No guilt

Regret 4: I wish I'd stayed in touch with my friends

• Allow yoursel

Regret 5: : I wish I had let myself be happier

• Happiness is now
• A matter of perspective 
• Changing times
• Darkness and dawn
• No regrets
• Smile and know
