Team Building is building the right culture - of result and relationship. This is best to come from the team. Steps to be followed are:
- Educate - Talk to the team.
- Ask team to list situations where results/relationships are compromised. Example where result is compromised is for personal reasons official job cannot be done, and example of relationship being compromised is where there is conflict between department heads
- Put team members in groups - to handle situation. Brain storm and come up with culture. Let it be solutions focused and not blamed focused.
- Create awareness - design our way/not our way posters in office
- Review, Reaffirm, Realign, and Rolemodel - Reward, Recognise. - Only this is ongoing task , all the rest are one time activity.
