Egg Curry

 The Ten year old, made his first egg curry, all by himself.

In his words:

           Recipe of egg Roast

1) first put a pan on the fire and put it in low flame.

2) Put some oil in it and put chilly powder , turmeric powder and some Salt

3) Then put boiled eggs and mix it up.

4) And put those eggs in a plate then in the same pan put some oil and put whole garam masala then put chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and mix it till it becomes brown

5) when it becomes brown add chopped tomatoes and mix it up till it becomes desolved and then put coriander powder , turmeric powder , chilly powder and salt then mix it and add curry leaves.

6) if you want you can add coriander leaves.

7) And put those eggs in it and mix it and close it for 1 and half minute.
