Leadership & Branding

https://youtu.be/96MzU-bkCxY?si=lnageTjaM1lmjEqL

Thank you Sir, for sharing the amazing discussion and showing through your own journey that endurance, discipline, and clarity are the real blueprint for building something lasting.. Listened to your Legacy Blueprint discussion what stood out was the distinction you drew between branding and legacy. Branding is about visibility and positioning, but legacy is about endurance, consistency, and the impact that lasts beyond campaigns. Your emphasis on being consistent and persistent, never giving up, and putting your head down to work day and night captures the essence of how true legacies are built.

I was inspired by your cycling journeys how it is the input and boardroom is the output for the daily activities, your books, wise view : Leadership conversation, which mirror the same ethos: nothing great was ever built by accident, but through persistence, planning, and hard work. Preparation and practice go hand in hand, and as you said, we need not pilot first and implement later - both can go hand in hand; — even with constraints of time and money inspiration from "The man who saw tomorrow". Indeed Life is very short. Leadership needs empathy and accountability -  related to the article today key to building Leadership capital. Taking accountability is where leaving/living legacy begin. Leaders should not give up very soon, do not overromantise technology, but get deep into things, build value.

It was great to listen to the model of moving brand ownership and how that too is cyclic. Is it right to infer that Scale, in the end, is equal to branding, and legacy is what remains when the campaigns fade?

It is partly right that legacy is what remains when campaigns fade  but legacy is a byproduct of credibility that you build through your campaigns and performance, going hand in hand. The three B's of branding: Be - ing; Become - ing; Broadcasting.

Credibility creates visibility that lasts. 🙏 Amazing and thought provoking a must watch for Thought Leadership.

Consistency is the key. Branding is not proportional to the money you spend on campaigns.

Networking

How can we build a successful network? To answer this question, Chief Pathman Senathirajah sums up network marketing in just 12 minutes.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHa2IsJcBTM

How do you build a netword?

Very simple. You start your journey. You sign up.

If it was one of the biggest decision of your life.

You start your journey as an entreprenure. Take ownership.

If it is to be, it is up to me.

Get more people  - Sign.

You talk to people. You don't do it alone. You have your upline. You have so much support and guidence.

Presentation.

SW SW SW SW SW - Some will, some wont, so what , someone is waiting, some where.

Welcome, 8 Building Blocks, Come in to the system.

Two group of people:

Group B: Have not let QNet into them. They love, but full dedication has not been achieved. It's ok. They exist. You keep them as much as you can, you should be upline to them. - They need coach A

Group A: Dedicated, fully involved. You have to keep them in the system. 10% or 20% of your full group. Warrior, commited. Hard core guys. For Group A, you have to be Coach B - They must do rule 3. They are movers and shakers. Rule 3. From morning, on Presentation mode. On and gone.

There will be conflicts, ego. We can save or not. Stay strong, be on the ground. Keep going.

Build relationship, have fun, part of value system. Become family. Be Grateful.

Wealth: Financial, Emotionally, Mentally.

Most important programme.

1. Dream like oxygen/breathing. Part of you. Whatever name you call it vision, xxx.If the dream is big enough the facts don't count.

2. Commitment: Purpose. Propotional to your dream. Have it in top of the priority list. Commitment to attend training,  be together.

3. The List: we should have two list:

Dream List

Name List : Hot, Warm, Cold (Without Prejudgement)

Memory Joggers

Foundation to build the maxout tower.

Written name List on a peace of paper. Non Negotiable.

4. Invitation and Prospecting: Starting point of the journey

Mindset: Raise your level of posture - deciding factor of success.

Paradigm shift : They need me, more than I need them.

Invitation: Goal is to connect. Not to do presentations.  Two type viz professional (Cold zone) and non professional (Hot zone)

I have something exciting to tell you. I have something interesting to tell you.

Less is better.

"I have got a business strategy.  If you like what we speak we will talk further,  else cool"

Mark as KIY those who dont join. …

5. Presentation (Fundamentally most important  - The rubberband theory - bend but not break.

  • Company
  • Product
  • Compensation plan
  • Projection
Don't do anything that cannot be duplicable. If you do not have financial resources to have food from 5 star, have discussion in the lobby of 5 star hotel.

Use common sense.

Edification of your upline is important.

Show respect - it is upedification.

Try to close when the Iron is hot.

Present and handle the question.

  • Do not more than 45 minutes to one hour
  • Do 1-1
  • Do 15 in 30 days; consistently - every month.
  • Confidence is most important - that will get attention - Posture is important.

Family should be supportive but not destruction.

Affirmation is important.
  • Home meeting
  • Large meeting
  • 1-1 meetings
Focus, Face to face and Online is similar.

Technology is the future.

Goal is to get the prospect say yes.

6. Follow through/follow on:

Common man, and common women, with uncommon dream can do network marketing.

I will get back to you in a couple of days - Politely saying No.

Live life according to the worse case situation.

Worst case is they will say No.

He or she is not the only prospect. You don't have to get stressed.

Have a positive believe system.

Followthrough - the philosophy - presentation is not complete untill payment is done.

Some will, some wont, so what, some one is waiting some where. SW SW SW SW, SW.

  1. Dont fear the outcome. Embrace it. Whatever happens is the beauty
  2. Do it in 24 to 48 hours. - Remember posture, and dont be dejected. Ask, can we know why?
  3. Feel - Felt - Found. Person feels and objects, you say you also felt the same, say you did the research and found what. Each objection today is a projection.
  4. Provide facts
  5. Correct their perception at all cost. They may talk to the next prospect. You have to correct their concern with information.
No Emotion. Never write off a prospect. Keep them in KYI

Never burn the bridge. They will come back.

Ask the client to buy a product, even if they are not joining.

Let Go. Don't anticipate and Don't get dejected.

Our job is give them enough information.

Every rejection will take you closer to Maz Through.

7. Strategies and Council with Upline. Everyone above you is referred to as your upline. You have your working upline or lifeline. They will take you through the journey. You need to understand the importance of this relationship.

Counsel with your working upline before you do anything. Working upline has more experience and it is unbelievably valuable.

Don't start a new tracking line, negative up - positive down. Keep looking and you will find your upline.

Transfer of knowledge, respect and edification - all travels through the tree of upline and it requires you to have emply cup.

Don't try to be smart. Your upline is your lifeline. If you are not in sync with your upline, you will get lost.

Council, council, council.

8. Duplicate - fundamental principle of network marketing. It requires to share and share.

Identify your core leadership. Make them clones of you or even better. As you transfer knowledge and experience.

There can be leakages. There is where systems comes in.

You want your downline to be better than you.

Don't do anything so complicated that it cannot be duplicated. This is the philosophy of network marketing.

Find that dream. commitment by time and efforts. This cannot be a hobby or parttime.

Dream/Commitment/List/Invitation and Prospecing/Presenation/Followthrough/Strategise and council with your uplift/Duplicate

Sorting

If you are in a calling job, would the rejections effect you?

The way you define a problem will tell you if you will find a solution or remain in rut forever.

Ever body can do, but not every body is suitable.

Be careful about the people you choose.

Your first prospect may not be right or may not sign in

Incorrect people are high maintenance.  We have to give them motivation every second.

Prospecting: Hunting vs. Fishing : Hunting prey runs away from you and fishing it comes to you.

2 Major reason why people quit or fail is because they talk to the wrong kind of people. Dream Stealers.

There are committed people,  and uncommitted.

How serious you are?

Learn ro ask question and have t
Right posture.

Better reject skeptics

To do this business you have to be open minded. Don't think this is for you

Build confidence by continuously learning from your upline.

Have you been rejected?

Presenting something which is against their belief.

Don't let rejection reduce your Mojo. Rejection will kill your dreams. Be prepared.

If you had 100 rejections you are an amature networker, if you have 1000 rejections you are a professional networker.

Learn to embrace rejection and learn to go to the next one.

'I don't care, I love it'.

Embrace rejection. If you are effected, go to your upline and come back recharged.

The pain of every rejection will make you stronger.

Content Creation ~Shweta Samonta & Sreerag

 Who is responsible?

Heard yesterday in a networking event, “if the AI prompts you give is giving you incomplete, funny, non sensical answers, think of the questions you ask, directions you give to your team and the outputs you get. Who could be at fault for the sub standard results?”

Interesting!

Learnings from Ranveer Allahbadia

  1. Concept of survival worked for him when he started. Moving early worked for him.
  2. Always study what is happening globally and then see the social media and work with agility and implement it for India.
  3. Basics of communication helps - you need to know how to speak on camera.
  4. SEO is dead - Search engine optimisation.
  5. GEO is in - Generative engine optimisation. Meta AI and google AI are using social media content now for learning.
  6. You need to build systems and team to grow.
  7. Writing is the Soul of your content. Dedicate time for it.
  8. AI is used only after ideation to polish the script.
  9. Create 50 pieces of content and see how audience is reacting and then optimise.
  10. Learn BREVITY - writing or including a lot in least number of words.
  11. Keep thinking of content - new ideas all the time.
  12. If you give 700 days and create content for 700 days, no one can stop you from becoming a brand.
  13. Use 'Carousel' posts for faceless content.
  14. Be a story teller.
  15. People connect with emotion - emotion overrides algorithm.
  16. Decide your ideal upload frequency, then create a system and allocate time for every activity from ideating , shooting, editing and posting.
  17. Don't overthink and overedit. Post.
  18. Believe in your content. Block 1 hour every day on your google calender -
    1. First 20 minutes watch videos, which videos are you watching? Why?
    2. Write your content
    3. Practice this for 60 days.
  19. Trend related contents go viral. For this your practice comes handy. Hence opportunity always meets preparation
  20. Know:
  • Past - infotainment
  • Present - confused, raw content is working
  • Fuure - Video generating tools, fictional content, gaming content, short content.
Content is the king.

Create your Geo. Create contents regularly. One testimonial. Create PR - post on linkedin & Instagram.

Do book launch, and one press release every month.

Action is to make it press worthy.

On 29/10/2025 this is what Sreerag from Potta said: To help you better, here are 7 strategies to follow:

1. Define Your Audience and Goals

Ask yourself the right questions

a) Who are you trying to reach?

b) What content do they like?

c) What do you want to achieve with your IG account?

A clear understanding of your audience and goals will help you create content that resonates with your audience and drives engagement.🤗

2. Use Analytics

Instagram provides various analytic tools that allow you to track engagement, reach, and other key metrics. Use this data to identify the types of content that…

We all want more followers, right? Why not use CHATGPT to help you increase saves, shares, likes, and FOLLOWERS?

Here are 4 ChatGPT commands to help you gain more followers.

INSTAGRAM BIO OPTIMIZATION

Command: “My Instagram bio needs to be more engaging and impactful. Can you help me draft a bio that encourages followers, highlights my uniqueness, and sparks curiosity?

Include keywords related to your niche/industry

REELS ENGAGEMENT

Command: “I’m looking to create 10 eye-catching reels on Instagram that gain new followers. Can you suggest creative ideas and themes for Reels that are likely to increase likes, comments, shares, and followers for your niche/industry and the current trends?”

FOLLOWER ENGAGEMENT

Command: “I want to increase engagement with my Current followers. Can you give me strategies to increase likes, comments, and shares on my posts? How can I create a sense of community within my Instagram account? Give me specific tips for your niche/industry

DESCRIPTION ENGAGEMENT

Command: “My goal is to increase interaction through my descriptions. Can you suggest descriptions that not only tell a story but also encourage my followers to engage by asking questions, sharing their thoughts, or tagging friends? Keep in mind content related to your niche/industry

I’ll get back to you

How to handle "I’ll get back to you" by Rajiv Talreja

You’re in a meeting, pitching your product like a pro.

You’re showing off the features, answering every question.

The client is also nodding along.

You’re thinking:

“This is it… I’ve got this!”

But then...

Just as you’re about to seal the deal...

They hit you with this:

“Okay… I’ll get back to you.”

...

..

.

And...

They never do.

Now you’re left wondering: What went wrong? 🤷

Well, no... it’s not your product.

It’s not even your price.

It is because...

you were not controlling the conversation at the sales meeting.

What do I mean by that?

When a client doesn’t say “yes” right there in the meeting, it’s because they’re not convinced.

So what can you do to fix it?

1. Stop the “Feature Dump”

Look, no one cares about all the fancy features of your product. If you’re spending 80% of your pitch talking about what your product does, then you’re losing them.

What to do instead:

Spend the first 5 minutes only talking about the customer’s problems. Understand what’s troubling them. And then position your product as the solution. Make it about them, not you.

2. Handle Objections BEFORE They Arise

You know they’re going to ask, “Why should we choose you?”

So why not answer it before they ask?

How to do it:

During your pitch, say something like, “I know you might be wondering why our price is higher. It’s because we offer X, Y, and Z, which no one else does.”

Boom. You’ve now killed that objection before it even surfaces.

3. Show Them What They’ll Lose By Delaying

People are more scared of losing something than gaining something.

So, instead of saying, “You’ll increase your sales,” say:

“Every month you delay using our service, you’re missing out on an extra ₹____ in revenue. Let’s not let that happen.”

It’s a subtle switch, but it makes a big difference.

4. Don’t Wait Till the End to Discuss Price

Most business owners leave the pricing talk till the very end. But here’s what happens: when you do that, you end up surprising the client… and that surprise leads to hesitation.

How to do it:

Be upfront. Mention your pricing in the middle of your pitch, not at the end. And justify it by tying it back to the value they get.

5. Create Urgency (Without Sounding Pushy)

The easiest way to lose a deal is by leaving the client with no reason to act NOW. You need to create urgency — but not by using cliché lines like “Limited slots available.”

Instead:

Tie urgency to their pain points.

“Each month you’re not using this solution, you’re losing ₹____.”

Show them the cost of inaction.

Meera, every sales meeting is a chance to close a deal, trust me.

But if you keep making the same mistakes, you’ll keep hearing the same, “Let me think about it.”

Instagram - Daily Task : 66 Days Challenge

DREAM big but PREPARE yourself for it.

https://www.youtube.com/@MichelleGifford

Here are the Reels specs you should keep in mind:

Up to 90 seconds long;

Aspect ratio of 9:16;

Size of 1080 x 1920 pixels;

Cover photo size: 1080 x 1920 pixels.

Open the Instagram video editor

There are multiple ways to open the Instagram Reels editor.

Open your Instagram profile or a feed, click on the plus icon ➕ and choose Reel.

Open the Reels tab on Instagram, find the camera icon at the top right corner and click on it.

Or open the story editor by swiping the main feed right and find Reels in the bottom of the screen.

Regardless of the method you choose, the same editor opens, which is similar in functionality to the Stories editor.

In the Reels editor, you can:

Select music from the Instagram library;

Specify the duration of the video (up to 90 seconds);

Select video speed (slowdown x3 and x5, acceleration x2 and x3);

Choose a layout format;

Set a timer showing the time until the end of the video (you can also turn on the timer for up to 60 seconds);

Choose filters and lenses the same as those in Stories.

Upload a pre-shot Reel

Apart from creating a Reel right on Instagram, you can also shoot a video in a third-party video editor and then upload it on Instagram.

When uploading a pre-shot video, you can trim the clip, if necessary, right in the Reels editor.

Videos can be divided into fragments – scenes. In total, the timing of all clips will not exceed 30 seconds. You can also shoot one clip first, then add a video from your phone and record again: all the clips you create will be in one Reel.

Besides, this adds a new item to the Reels menu – Align tool, which enables you to add and remove an object between the Reel's scenes. This will create an appearing or disappearing effect.

When you start a scene at the point the previous frame ends, it will look like an object or a person suddenly pops up in the scene.

How to add filters to Instagram Reels

1. Open the Reels editor.

2. Find ✨Effects icon above the record button.

You'll see a pack of available filters at the bottom of your screen.

3. To search for more effects, click on the sparkles icon, a bookmark icon to find the filters you saved, an arrow icon to discover more available filters, or a magnifying glass icon to open the search field and look for filters by entering keywords.

4. To record a filter in your Reel, hold on the filter icon or use the timer feature.

5. If you like the Reel with the filter applied, press the Preview button. You'll be headed over to the editing screen, where you can add captions, sounds, stickers, and more filters to your Reel.

6. Click Next if you want to share the Reel with your audience.

How to use the Align tool in Instagram Reels

Open the Reels editor.

To start recording, select any effects or songs you'd like to add in the Reel and press the Record button.

When you finish recording the scene, you'll see a new icon on the left, which looks like two overlaid squares. This is the Align tool.

3. Tap the two square button, and you'll see a semi-transparent view of the last frame you've recorded.

4. Add an object or a person to the scene by pressing the Record button with Reel logo. Align your last frame with the one you just added and press the record button again.

5. Tap the Preview button to open the editing screen when you're done.

6. Tap Next when you want to share the post.

To record an Instagram Reel hands-free:

Set up a timer by clicking on the clock icon on the left-hand menu.

Set up a countdown timer by choosing between 3 and 10 seconds.

Drag the timer to set how long the video should be.

Instagram Reels Voice Filters

Yes, filters can now be applied not only to your face but to your voice as well. And now, in addition to voiceovers, sound effects, and backing tracks, you can also change your voice with filters, such as robotic, giant, or helium voice.

Choose any filter the same way you do when selecting a music track to use as a backgound sound in your videos in the Effects tab when editing your Reel. Select the filter to apply it to the Reel and press Done to see the preview. Then post a Reel as you normally would.

Accurate Lip-Syncing on Instagram Reels

The key to success when lip-syncing isn't about learning the lyrics all by heart. The trick is to use the slow-it-down feature to make sure you can lip-sync every line. To use it, tap the music icon in the Create mode and choose a song or a sound clip. Next, choose a part of the song you want in your Reel.

Then hit the 1x icon and select 3x to slow down the clip by 300%. Now record the Reel and lip-sync to the super slow song. Don't worry; when you preview the Reel, the speed will get back to normal, and you'll look funnily fast.

Instagram Comments with Reels

Instagram added this feature in 2022; the decision was clearly inspired by TikTok. So just like on TikTok, you can now respond to comments with a Reel! When you do, your comment becomes a sticker you can add to your video for additional engagement and even more comments.

To use the feature, open one of your Reels and find a comment that draws your attention. Tap Reply, the text field will pop up, and you'll see a blue camera icon. Tap it to record a Reel comment.

Hands-Free Recording of Instagram Reels

Another way to streamline Reels creation is to use this hack — hands-free recording.

To make ones, you need to open the Reels video editor or a third-party video editor, shoot a Reel, edit it and upload it back on Instagram.

Without even realising, we now discover new ideas and products more on social media than anywhere else. Authors across the world are now actively engaging and building a reader base for themselves on social media. Social media builds strong networks that stay with you for a long time. This loyal network will not just support your first book, but will also grow with you as you start authoring more books. In this mail, you will learn which social media platforms work well for you and your book.

Certain social media channels work best for certain kind of books. That being said, there are some popular ones that you should be part of, to build a strong following. Here they are:

Facebook: Facebook is the most popular social media platform in the world. Here, you can reach out to your already existing fan base and also build new ones by engaging with them through posts, contests etc.

Twitter: Twitter is a platform that works best when you want to establish yourself as a thought leader. Unlike Facebook this platform is all about brevity (allows 280 characters).

LinkedIn: LinkedIn has always been seen as a professional network. And for that reason, you need to be networking and engaging with the users on LinkedIn. Connecting with people on LinkedIn will help you build a strong network that you can promote your book to.

Quora: Quora is the place to be if you are looking to position yourself as a thought leader in a particular field and also promote your book. Here, you can answer questions asked by users. For example, if you have written a book about mutual funds, you can search for questions about investments and financial planning in India and answer questions asked by users. You can also share a gist of your book in your answer and urge them to give it a read.

Medium: As an author, writing is something you enjoy doing, isn’t it? Medium.com is an online publishing platform for people to read, write and share posts online. Think of it as Facebook for blogs. Here you can write interesting posts and share it with your followers. You can choose popular tags that are relevant to your expertise, create posts and share it. This way, readers will discover your content and start following you. For example, if you have written a book on Parenting, you can search for popular tags on parenting and write a small blog about your book.

By being part of these platforms, you will build a strong online presence and an active following which will help you promote your book easily.

FB Ads and cooking awesome food

Here's what’s common b/w FB Ads and cooking awesome food:

A few days back, read this somewhere, not sure where I got this from, but wanted to note it before I forget:

"I was reading an interview of a great chef, and they asked him:

“What’s your biggest secret of making awesome food?”

He said- “it’s all about the ingredients. If ingredients are good and fresh, food will be awesome”

And it got me thinking about FB ads.

Our Ads work the same way.

The BEST ‘ingredient’ for our ads is: MARKET RESEARCH.

If you’ve studied the market well, you’ll know all their HOT BUTTONs. Put all that into your ads, and your ads will do just fine :)

Market research includes things like- what’s your market’s pains, problems, worries, anxieties. What are their desires, what gets their juices flowing? Also, inspired by Expert Secrets, what are their FALSE BELIEFs- vehicle, internal & external.

If you write ads with all this info with you, your ads will ELICIT THE RIGHT EMOTIONs.

Emotions will create more engagements- and the FB algo perceives that as VALUE. The more VALUE you deliver to the audience, the more you’re “buying Facebook’s LOVE”

Advertising 101

Bring an holistic view. Mindset needed to break the clutter.

We read the same brief and think of different things. Amazing Fathima.

A great deal, depends on the reason. The world Logo means reason.

Advertisement is logical. Banner, endorser, influencer, OLV, in movie placement, shopping bag, label of product, word of mount, end card, by any other name, will help us sell.

You are a brand. Thinks you carry, it makes you an advertisement.

It's an action /Communication wanting to sell.

We need to understand why we buy, when there is a shelf full of products.

1. Need 2. Want 3. Combination

Once AIR on Radio - Now Spotify play list. It's all there.

The power of making product aspirational has changed how we live.

Sugar is something which no one needed. It was for rich, used in sweets and deserts. Advertising, makes things desirable.

Diamonds.

Deficit Disorder, Seasonal Affect Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder. These aren't diseases, they're marketing ploys. Doctors didn't discover them, copywriters did. Marketing departments did. Drug companies did.

Spending power is with men, buying decisions are made by women.  Target Audience - before the journey. Example in schools and colleges, so people will need all through the life. Decided based on:

  • Users Journey
  • Touch point
  • Desired Action

David Ogilvy's - Volswagen. Caters to why we buy, make product meaningful. So he is called father of advertisement. Ogilvy's winning layout:

  • Visual
  • Caption
  • Headline
  • Copy
  • Signature

Thumb stopper ads. Thought, sensible, easily relatable. Simplicity of the communication.

Few guidelines to be kept in mind in addition to Ogilvy's winning layout:

Advertising through breakthrough:

Rinse. Repeat.

  • Strong Brand recall
  • A message you can relate to
Advertising Do's
  • Brand Early
  • Show the Product in use
  • One USP at a time
Understand the Medium
  • Think Billboard, not display or post ads.
  • Strong Opening Hooks for videos
  • Think silent movie for social
  • Design for the small screen
  • Create a call to action immediately and put it there.

Advertising budgets need not be big, advt. touches need not be big. If you cant advertise full page the right hand corners are that attract attention first. You can do it there.

Ola boats, during flood. Mug with coffee for new outlet - conversation starter.

Coming up with a Mascot for a brand needs huge debate and discussion. It should not alienate key session of your audience.

Good visual, and good short copy - Amul - It is so buttery. Technically as a PJ but the fact is we look forward for it. - 'Utterly Butterly Delicious.' They do not look for grammars.

11 Powerful NLP Hacks for Sales - Neeraj Singh Rathore

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a powerful sales psychology technique that is organized with the three most influential mechanisms to roll out the faster results:

1. Neurology: Controls and regulates our body functioning

2. Language: Fixes how we interact with other people

3. Programming: Resolves the types of patterns we create in the world and our perspectives to certain things.

The reason behind implementing NLP in your sales pitch is its involvement with the development of behavioral ability and flexibility. At the same time, it also embraces strategic thinking and an understanding of the mental and cognitive processes behind the behavioral pattern.

Without NLP, you will not be able to improve your relationship with your customers instantly. You perhaps get the point right? You are going to risk your deal if you don’t have no idea of NLP techniques in sale, because these techniques are nothing but some wonderful hacks for you to have an effective communication with your clients. Definitely you don’t want to go without any sales, isn’t?

Hack 1: Work on Your Mental State: The progress of sales does not depend on the quality of products  get sold, but your mental strategy to pitch them. That’s the reason, they say the best way to get into sales is to understanding the other person’s current state of minds and do reframe if necessary. Therefore, it is important to have a positive state of mind.

Hack 2: Play with Their Minds to Get the YES: Scientifically the concept denotes the separation into smaller parts. In NLP, the process is applied with the elements of psychology, hypnosis & persuasion. The technique involves taking the person in and out of a hypnotic trance, bringing them little deeper each time naturally with subtlety

Hack 3: Power of Repeating Certain Phrases: Two key components make this technique so effective – one, it shapes the perception of reality as truth to the target audience (the illusory truth); two, it increases memory. The more a message is repeated, the more it will be easier to recall.

Hack 4: Use Urgency & Fear of Loss: After all, studies show, the more a buyer takes time to decide whether to buy a product or not, the less likely they are to purchase. So, if you want to close a sale, don’t let them to think about it more than its actual timing. To create a sense of urgency, you can use either of these techniques – firstly, you can make them feel why the sales must be made right away; may be some discount in the deal or some limited period offer that will no longer be there, so that the choice should be made instantly; secondly, you can highlight your customer’s need that your product is supposed to solve the problem. This will create a fear of loss in their mind. Fear of loss accompanied by urgency, is so effective in making potential buyer on-spot purchase.

Hack 5: Mirror Your Client: Speak the same language:  Mirror your customers; understand how they get the message well. Visual learners find diagrams and evidence tempting whereas the auditory learners need to examine a sound argument delivered by a voice that communicates with conviction. You should pay attention to these preferences to let them adapt your information accordingly.

Hack 6: Look from a different perspective : By imagining yourself presenting yourself in front of your audience from the perspective of your clients or audience, you create a completely different strategy to deal with.

Hack 7: Examine your beliefs:  The first step to overcoming these is to learning to be aware of their “belief” – any thought about yourself that makes you feel uncomfortable. For instance, instead of dwelling on to the belief that you are not “good enough,” spend time to accomplish all those goals of yours that suggest you are!

Hack 8: Cultivate Active Listening Skill:

Hack 9. Power of Using Specific Words.:Words stimulate certain emotions and responses that can anyway lead you overcome customer objections and close the sale.

Hack 10. know your customer: After your thorough research on whether your customer is a visual, auditory or other kind of person, you can now implement this discovered knowledge to tackle  up your selling strategy in their preferred way of buying. For a visual person, provoke them with pictures as part of your presentation; for an auditory customer, try to find other possible ways to use sound in your sales pitch; and for the kinesthetic person, let them touch any products before selling even if just by handling a brochure. The idea is to get their attention into you by exploiting their tastes. NLP techniques are some supplementary tools to understand your customers’ buying preferences to get you a momentary shift in your sales.

Hack 11. Stay Positive Throughout the Whole Process: Finally, to truly excel in sales you need to maintain a positive mindset. There are no other alternatives since negative thought patterns could ruin your chances of success. No doubt, positive mindset can boost your motivation and re-program yourself to achieve your goals, and through NLP, you are getting to learn all approaches at the same time, as all of them co-exist together.Despite these handy techniques being just the tip of the NLP iceberg, there is a strong probability that they will sharpen your approaches for a different way of thinking.

Copywriting by Neeraj Singh Rathore

What an amazing  session by Neeja Sing Rathore, which I was fortunate to attended from 3rd to 5th July 2021. It not only provided insight into what copywriting and Content writing is, but gave a bird's eve view on Digital Marketing, Brand Building etc.

Day 1: 3rd July 2021

Copyrighting is just crafting words for the sole purpose of conversion. It is the foundation of selling. It is emotional, telling story. The purpose of Copywriting is for sale/conversion, with a goal to increase revenue, and the direction is Linear and Strategic.

Content writing is just the information that you give out. The purpose of content writing is Engagement/Brand Loyalty building. It is Multi-directional with the goal to increase likes, shares and comments.

*10 Step Framework* - When you create sales pages or videos; remember the keys to have are:

1. Headline/Attraction Grabber - Grab attention
2. Problem - Set up + Solution
3. Solution - Show results and benefits
4. Social Proof - Provide credentials and social proof
5. Make your offer
6. Add Bonus/Stack Value
7. Reveal the price
8. Give a guarantee
9. Urgency - Inject Scarcity
10. CTA- Final Call to Action/Reminder

To Grab attention use words like:

Step 1: Grab Attention:

  • Who else want ....
  • The secret of ...
  • Here is the method....
  • Little known ways.....
  • What everybody ought to know......
  • The lazy dads way –
  • Do you recognize....
  • See how easily....

How will I know if headline is good – understand the hack.

Use ‘Headline analyser

You don’t need a digital marketer – go to google and search -)  Canva.com : Download and post to social networking

And then comes this message:

"Why are we always short of money. For many years I was not having enough money.

Whenever I used to take my wife out for a dinner, I would open the menu card, look on the right side and only order the cheapest item.

Why?

Because I did not have the cashflow, and there was not enough money in my bank to afford an expensive meal.

After going through a lot of personal development and learning from mentors, I realised that my lack of money was not the real problem.

It was only a symptom that was showing up.

The more I studied about this topic, I learned that there are 5 root causes reasons why people suffer from money problems:

If you think rich people are bad at the subconscious level, then you will not be able to attract money. You cannot attract what you despise. Even though consciously you may want to become rich, subconsciously you are repelling riches. Change this mindset first.

Poor money management is a root cause of being poor. If you cannot manage the small sums of money, how can the universe give you large sums of it? If a child cannot handle a single-scoop ice cream, the parent is never going to give a triple-scoop ice cream however much the child cries for it. That's how it works. You will be given more by God (or the universe), if you are able to be more responsible with what you already have.

Not "personally growing" is a root cause of being broke. If you are not willing to invest in your own personal growth and learning, how will you ever grow? You and your business will only grow to the extent that you do. If you are not investing in courses and training programs, you will remain stagnant at the same level. Don't be cheap on your journey to greatness. Invest in yourself. You are the best investment that you can make in.

Not having a mentor will keep you in a world of illusion. When you are on your own trying to figure things out by yourself, it's going to take you a very long time to achieve results through trial and error. Personally, I have wasted over 7 years of my life trying to figure things out on my own. Once I found my mentor and surrendered to his proven system, everything started to change. My income started to grow exponentially. This also has to do with EGO. People who have a big ego will not want mentors. They think they are too smart. And that's what keeps them broke.

Not developing new skills is also a root cause of not having money. You might have been successful 10 years ago, but if you are not adapting to the new world and building new skills, you will remain stagnant in your income. Constantly learning new skills and strategies is the key to sustainable growth in your income.

These are the 5 reasons why people remain broke and struggle.

But the good new is this...

You can change this, anytime.

All it takes is to make that one decision.

You need to be open.

You need to be willing to grow.

That's it.

I hope this made sense to you.

I truly want to help you become successful financially.

When more money comes in the hands of good people, more good can be done in this world.

Do not let your little fears inside stop you from contributing in a big way to this world.

Do not be a miser.

Think big.

Grow big.

I'm with you.

And I believe in you."

Another sales technique.

Day 2: 4th July 2021

Coaching and sales are different. What is important is conversion process, It’s not about the lead (prospective client). Do what you do best, delegate the rest.

Most commong mistake is only talking  about FAB – Feature, advantage, benefit.

A writer/coach/ and seller are different – selling is not about telling.

If you need fruit, you will have to invest on the seed.

Give away the books – you will create fan. Law of reciprocity. Give ebook worth  Rs. 700 and take Rs. 7,500 from audience.

·        Talk about your dreams, don’t let them down

·        Ebook is a lead magnet.

When writer thinks he wants to sell children's book who would be the target audience? The ultimate decision maker – example if you want to sell children's book , the parents need to feel the need to buy the book.

Do we need paid marketing or organic? Do organic. Make sales funnel. Word of mouth is karma marketing. You cannot be relying on your karmas. Sales Navigator in linked in will help you get the leads.

How to create good video.

Have vision, and work towards it.  Untill you are willing to be visible how can you sell?

Onus of sale is never on a publisher, it is that of the author.

Duniya kha subse bhada rogh, khya kahenge log.

Go out, make claim.

Build trust credibility and inspire action

People don’t buy the product, but they buy the outcome of your product.

6 P’s to be remembered:

  • Problem – wired to avoid pain above gaining pleasure – I help (audience)------with (problem)
  • Pain – Problem is not the pain, it is the cause of the pain
  • Prescription- It is not the solution. Keep the A card with you. Hukum kha ekka apne pas rakho. Talk about the method, approach. Make people belive that you will get the solution. You will talk about the what and why and not how.
  • Pivot – changing the perspective -whats your mission , reason or inspiration for creating the product.
  • Positioning –
  • Product – make it better, simpler and faster, easier and cheaper
Good copy should appeal to the readers emotions, not the writers emotions. Evoke emotions that will make customers take desired actions. Instead of using exaggerated words like "overjoyed" and "amazing", use honest words like "exclusive", "One-time-only" ; by doing it you are tapping into their emotions, in a way that will lead them to take the desired action.

Creative copy requires a lot of reading and writing, as well as an abandonment of rigid thinking. For example write 'Kool' and not 'Cool', be casual and engaging. Effective ways to engage reader's include the use of curiosity, secrets and story telling. Oldest known techniques for these are AIDA and TIPS.

AIDA is Attention, Interest, Desire and Action.
TIPS is Tempt, Influence, Persuade and Sell.

Story telling is another effective way to grab the attention of the readers, and the four elements of it are: the protagonist, the problem, the description of what happened and the solution. You may have the product, but it is the story, that will keep the readers emotionally invested.

Example: Keyed, crashed and left to rot in the barn, The one man decided to do something amazing.

How do you grow your business, a small example:

  • Build your personal Brand -
  • Play to your inner strength – don’t copy -
  • Discover your why?
  • Find your quite focus?
  • Have a clear voice?
  • Use your energy wisely

Confidence, curiosity, Credibility, Catalyst, commitment (culture) – commitment khar de tho upnie bhi nahi suntan.
If they like you, they will listen to you; if they trust you, they will buy from you.
If no one is listening to you , you have not created the brand.

Get clients first, that is the key even before branding,

Email : Get the Business Break Through you need, Never sell, People don’t want to be sold, but they want to buy.  People do business with people.

Every day end write:  www
What went well

What can be improved

Content Marketing Strategy:

Concept of Copywriting:

Copywriting is the aspect of writing copies for the sole purpose of marketing and advertising.

In broadcasting, marketing, and advertising, copywriters also create newsletters, online ads, inter-net content, press releases, catalogs, brochures, and other marketing material, TV and radio commercial scripts, and many more.

Many copywriters are choosing to be independent, to freelance, because they are able to perform tasks such as editing, messaging, consulting, SEO consulting, proof reading, design and layout etc.

Content writers work is to write a car ad to persuade a potential customer, while the work of a technical writer is to write about the operations of the car from the reading manual.

As a copywriter, you get a chance to influence the masses by creating an ad or creative piece that remains on the mind of the viewer.

What every beginner copywriter needs to know?

Creating compelling copies demand a sort of inside in-formation to what moves the masses or what builds up emotions in the specific target viewer or buyer.

To create compelling copies, you need to know your character to get a story that compel them. This is the first principle of copywriting.

  1. Your 'target' reader or your target want to feel important
  2. Most Targets are insecure
  3. Glimpsing into their past can give you clues and help you create better copies.
  4. Conflict is the window into the true character of the target
  5. How far are they willing to go
Remember
  1. Your product is far less important than the needs of the customer
  2. 80% of your copy should be in the second person voice.
  3. K.I.S.S - Keep It Stupid Simple
  4. Red pen rule - after completing your final copy, read it again and eliminate at least 30% of it. It makes you message compact, succinct and actionable.
  5. S.L.A.P. Rule - Stop, Listen or Look, Act and Purchase. Do not leave the call to action as a suggestion. Demand some action from the consumer by using compelling content and words. Figuratively speaking, your copy should slap the target into action.
Define your success: Ask
  • How much money, per month do you want to make from copywriting?
  • How much free time do you require?
  • How much hours per day will you work?
  • Which field of copywriting excites you?
  • Do you love telling stories or writing technically?
Pursue and aim to achieve the clients and consumers expectation. Do not give client instant expectation. Adhere to the rules of ethical freelancing.

Today value addition drive the copywriting business. While clients look for the very best people who can add some value to them and their companies, giving each copies your best guarantees your readiness to challenge and shows the client your real value.

Practise, Practise.

To show credibility, you need to give statistics.

  1. Figuring out what people want from your product is the first step.
  2. Targeting the right group of people is the most effective growth strategy for a start-up.
  3. The third step is about making your product go viral
  4. The final step is to focus on improving your product to retain customers
  • Product online contents that makes your company an information source and deepen your customer relation
  • Find your brands voice and identify your audience and their needs
  • Connect to customers by gathering and sharing information through a variety of social media

  • Build unique contents for business customers to suit their special needs
    • Finding  the true purpose the meaning of your work will help you feel motivated and aliv
    • Selling with noble purpose means focusing on customer needs, which can also generate profit.
    • Scary bosses are not good for business, as fear takes the focus away from customer needs
    • An honest sales pitch can't be faked, so it's best to sell products that are truly helpful.
    • Creating engaging stories about your company is crucial for motivation and sales.
    • A good customer relationship management will improve sales, more than a good supervisor.
    • It's important to collect detailed information on successful sales and share it with everyone.
    • Simple rules can keep employees motivated and engaged, which always makes work more enjoyable.

7 Words That Can Elevate Your Copywriting Immediately, budding Copywriters make the best use of it. All the best !!!!

And How Best to Use Them in Every Situation
The most successful copywriters tap into the emotion of their readers.

As we always say at  copywriting and sales are all about psychology. The words are important, but the emotions they create are what lead to conversions and sales.

And it doesn’t matter what niche you’re targeting. Emotion should be used to hook the reader.

Here are 7 words and themes to immediately use in your copywriting to boost clicks, conversions, and sales...

#7 - Anticipation

Anticipation is one of the strongest emotions that a copywriter can wield.

Anytime there’s a big product launch or big event upcoming, you’ll likely see ads that build up anticipation. Check your email inbox after reading this and you’ll probably see dozens of emails that create anticipation.

When to use it: This is perfect when trying to build excitement before an event or product launch.

Words to use: coming soon, announcing, amazing, sensational, revolutionary, offer, upcoming, get ready, secret, limited release, soon, save the date.

#6 - Kindness

Kindness is not the most actionable emotion you can use, but it is great for community building. It’s also good for instilling positivity into your audience and empowering them.

It’s best used when inviting audience members to join you in groups, or at upcoming events.

When to use it: kindness is a good emotion to use when you want to bring people together or make them feel like they belong.

Words to use: you, us, peace, together, all of us, neighborly, caring, courteous, respectful, hospitable, acceptance, appreciation.

#5 - Fear

It might seem negative to tap into fear, but this can be a very powerful emotion for copywriters to use. However, it is best used sparingly and carefully. Some platforms like Facebook have cracked down on ads that push fear too heavily.

Fear is best used as a warning. Some of the most famous fear-based copywriting is seen in anti-smoking ads or in other health, nutrition, or fitness ads.

Remember, when using this emotion, always let the user know that you have a solution to the problem. Otherwise you’re just scaring people, and that doesn’t help anyone!

When to use it: When you want to warn your audience about a serious threat.

Words to use: worry, anxiety, concern, mistake, doubt, warning, danger, looming.

#4 - Love

If you’re in the dating/relationship niche, love is one of the emotions you’ll tap into frequently.

Whether we’re talking about marriage or improving other relationships in our lives, people are always going to want to bring more love into their lives.

When to use it: Appealing to your audience’s sense of love is great for anything relationship-based.

Words to use: love, relationship, happiness, marriage, dating, forever, eternity, adore, cherish, lifetime, by my side, need, unconditional, eternal, admire, acceptance, beauty, attraction.

#3 - Anger

This is another one to use carefully and sparingly. Like fear, ad networks like Facebook can shut down your account if you’re creating content that’s salacious.

Anger is best used when trying to rally people behind a cause. If you’re just trying to sell a product or service, you may want to avoid this one.

When to use it: Anger is useful when your goal is to garner support for a cause or get people to share content.

Words to use: ordeal, scandal, shocking, corrupt, offensive, inconsiderate, malicious, spiteful, unjustified.

#2 - Envy

This is one of the most common emotions you see in copywriting.

Internet marketers love to show off their wealth and possessions because it makes their audience envious.

To use envy effectively, you can explain how your products and services may have a similar impact. Of course, the product needs to deliver!

When to use it: Appealing to envy is powerful when your product acts as a status symbol.

Words to use: wealth, freedom, rich, make money, get out of debt, unlimited, limitless, infinite, get what you want, like me, abundance, power, travel, influential.

#1 - Friendship

Friendship is absolutely one of the top emotions to tap into as a copywriter. Like kindness, it’s best used when trying to build community.

Use friendship when you want to associate a positive image and community with your brand.

When to use it: Appeals to friendship are good when your goal is to make people feel that you’re bringing them together in a positive way.

Words to use: community, join, become a member, mutual, we, together, commitment, consistent, common, society, safety, neighborhood, civil, devotion, inseparable.

Note: A copyright protects one's art, inventions, or ideas, whereas a copywriter creates advertorial content. ... To avoid confusion in the future—if you're ever in the position to describe what a copywriter does, say “they write copy,” not “they copywrite.” When I began the session, I did not know even this. And in three days, so much was covered.
