You will realize only at the time of death. I have been trying to achieve the goal of life, and forgot about life itself. Goal is always in the future, and life is here. You don't need to achieve life, you are alive. Living people live. Goal is the Grave. 

Henpecked (that's the natural growth of all) Husband died. Wife ordered a beautiful grave, with name in gold and words 'Rest in Peace'. When the will was opened he had given all his money and property to charitable institution , and nothing for his wife. That was his revenge. A man can take revenge only after his death. She went to the graveyard and told the person, make it  'Rest in Peace, till I come'.

Existence is not moving to some target. If the goal is there, sooner or later it will be achieve. Then what?

You are not out of control, it is feeding back what you want. The common thing that is wrong with everyone is the feeling - 'I am not enough' - This is the big problem with the world. There is not much wrong with you. 'I am different', 'I want something, but it is not available to me'. 'I am not good enough', 'I am not worthy enough'.

It helps to change your thoughts. Make your believes great. If you believe greatness is in you, greatness will come out of you.

You can expand or contract. How I do that is by using positive words. 

Self praise, believe in yourself. What you want, wants you. What you are moving towards, is moving towards you. 

It will help you get rid of your limiting beliefs.  You are born wired. 

Don't be greedy, don't show off , you cant have it all - are all incorrect. Get rid of them.

You can have it all. Believe and you will have it. You have to have the mindset. 85% of success is mindset. Wealth, health, joy, success. 

Affirmation is a statement of truth.

Building Psychological Resilience - Stress

The current global realities and prolonged state of uncertainty have impacted our lives and those we love. For even the most prepared, these forces tend to destabilize us - creating anxiety, and fueling fear and doubt. In most instances, these are forces we cannot control. But we can influence our response and even build up our resilience to them.

Stress:

One cannot eliminate stress in life. One need to differentiate between good stress and bad stress.

As you think of that time, even though it was painful and you would not want to go through it, you went through it. In some way has it made you:
  • Stronger
  • Deepened your relationship
  • Gave renewed sense of appreciation for life
  • Found a growth area and it grounds you today
  • Discovery of new possibilities
Come back and see you are safe. Hope it was not triggering. There is always hope. You may feel alone. But you are not alone.

Centering process: Centre you in the here and now - with eyes open. Not retreating with eyes close. 

Stand in full dignity of who you are, recognize that your groundedness is holding you up. 

Sense of purpose, why do you do what you do?

What is it you are committed to in your life? What makes you get out of bed in the morning?

Allow the purpose to be your guiding principles.

Why is the centering process so important? - What or who is it in your life that requires your attention?

What happens in life? One way in which we live in life is:

It's an organized framework, Systems should work for you. Strategy statement, Mission statement, core values, departmental KPIs, are same. One has to take a big picture view. 

What human being respect, will always remain the same. When we start we start with:

1) Inadequate knowledge - but want to show their values.  - You land up making bad decision - Credibility will be lost - People will start becoming resistant to you because you can be brash - Unsupportive alliance and Cultural disconnect.  This becomes a cycle. 3) The way you build your foundation, is the way you get your respect. Even if any one insults you, it becomes insulting, only if you let it impact you. Only when you give consent. When you do great work, it will be building your foundation. Your foundation is your work. 

  1. Most important and the centre point is Your work
  2. The start and end are Physical appearance and what you say.
  3. How you act and your belief adds to this.
The totality of this is your image. 


Truth Bomb:
  1. Early success or early failure in a new role is the best indicator of your overall success or failure in the job.
  2. The lesson will not leave you, until you learn it.....Good leaders are ready to learn from mistakes. If you don't take feedback from your life, you will keep making the same situation. You will keep giving justification. 
  3. You are not looking for the best run business . You are looking for the business where you can create the maximum impact
  4. When in need, everyone turns to the A-Player. 
  5. People don't quit jobs, they quit situations. It cold be unreasonable boss, political environment, Lack of opportunity, lack of clarity, Inappropriate harassment. 



Fitting into the system is different from being concurrent with the system. First you need to fit into the system. 

Unwritten rules: - Blood , sweat and tears are needed. 
  1. You are being judged by all, at all times - by your friends, boss, at all level. Your image should be most important to you. 
  2. Never appear too busy or too stressed about anything (this means do not let anyone know how hard you work , including your boss) You have the option to  choose to react,  be cool. You can ask for support in the beginning. Don't push your work onto somebody else. Pick up your spirit. 
  3. Keep your home life at home, and your personal life, personal. Do not go out with your coworker and regret it the next morning, by speaking too much. Don't be calculated but be smart. Cleverest person is the simplest person. 
  4. Get your work noticed. E+R=O; An occasional unsolicited report, is a way to stand out. Research and give boss what he is worried about. To know your boss have issues, you need to set up right relationship with him. When there are problems give solutions as well. 
  5. Never Stand Still. 
  6. Act One step ahead. 
  7. Value creation at every step as you grow up. 
  8. Know the promotion system in your company. Results + Values. 
  9. No matter how you feel it is important to know what to say where and what not to say where - Know your boss, and remember he is your boss. 
  10. Three options - Accept, Speak, Search. - It would be Denial, being rebel, or being smart. 
  11. Don't work in the business , you must work on the business.  - Make your boss look good, it should be genuine. It will earn you their heart. Stand up for others, but don't cover up for anyone.

  1. Let your work speak for your self, and be fair.  - Some people like to play intricate game, go back and forth, you be straight.
  2.  Only person you can control is you. Don't react. If you react, you have let it impact. Only person who can give consent is you. Mastery of oneself, is mastery of ones emotion.

Massive sudden change, pandemic has made everything urgent. Basically in three areas:

TABOO- Wellness Workshop

Mental health is often associated with significant stigma, even being regarded as a taboo topic in many communities. To break the stigma, we are hosting the Taboo wellness workshop. 

What is a Taboo? 

Taboo is a fun word guessing game. The objective of the game is to guess the word without using the term directly. In this activity, we aim to create awareness around the stigma surrounding mental health. 

The session will be hosted by Joana Ann Mathews, Wellness Coach at Silver Oak Health.

Stigma and Taboo refers to:

  • The culture
  • The Prejudice
  • Lack of awareness
  • Create right Atmosphere

  • Stigma: A set of negative beliefs/opinion which make it difficult to be open towards something. Stereotype, prejudice, lack of awareness, shame. 
  • Depression: Low, sad, illness, feeling blue. It's over a period of time. Started feeling differently. 
  • Counselling: Talking therapy. Difference from advise seeking. 
  • OCD: Obsession, anxiety, compulsion.
  • Eating disorder: picky eaters, spoilt, weight gain or loss, weak.
  • Sexual Eduaction: Netflix series, biology, puberty, 
  • Self priority: Selfish, put your own oxygen mask, self love

Chapter 4 - Faith: Step 2

Visualization and believe in the attainment of your dreams, Faith translates thoughts in subconscious mind into infinite intelligence which will help you achieve your dreams. 

Faith is having confidence, having trust at a sub conscious level and not anything religious. 

Mind has two parts - Conscious mind and Sub Conscious minds. 

Sub conscious do not filter and do not judge and influence your conscious attitude. 

How to develop faith: It is a state of mind induced by affirmation by the principles of auto-suggestions.

Chapter 5 - Auto-Suggestion- Step 3

Autosuggestion is the medium to influence the subconscious mind. No thought can enter without the aid of autosuggestion. It comes from repetition. It will help make desire a burning desire. Desire is like a seed, we need to be careful on what seed we saw. 

Concentrate upon a given desire until that becomes burning obsession. 

How can you make money?

Step 1: Fix the amount of money you want

Step 2:Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire.

Step 3: Establish a definite date by when you want it.

Step 4: Create a definite plan and start working, there is nothing like perfect plan. Take action.

Step 5: Write down everything

Step 6: Read it daily. - It will sit in your subconscious mind.  - twice daily, see and believe. 

Make emotions, feelings with your words. 

How to strengthen the powers of concentration? Close your eyes and hold your thoughts on the physical appearance. - Sub conscious mind take action . Be alert on plans, and when it appears as intuition, treat it with respect and act upon it as soon as you receive it.

Chapter 6 - Specialized Knowledge - Step4

Knowledge are of two types - General and Specialized. Education gives general knowledge. We need to have specialized knowledge. Example Henry Ford was offended when he was told he is ignorant. He said it was okay to remain ignorant as other people would handle it for him who will help him with a push button, but what it helps is being specialized in your niche and he had it. He had a master mind group and it was not essential that he had all the knowledge in his mind. 

Knowledge is not power, it becomes power only when applied. 

Organization and use of Knowledge will help accumulate money. Have practical plan. 

How to organize and use knowledge after receiving is the key. 

Education means Educe - means to draw up from within. 

School only teach you how to acquire practical knowledge. 

Thomas Edison had only 3 months education in whole life. Einstein had attention deficit disorder but it did not stop him from achieving great result. 

Know the purpose or goal of your, get accurate information about the dependable source of knowledge.

There is no fixed price for sound ideas, but it is specialized knowledge. Capability means imagination. Idea is the main thing. Specialized knowledge can be found in any corner.

Chapter 7 - Imagination - Step 5

We can create anything that we can imagine. Two forms of imagination are Synthetic or creative. Today synthetic is  considered negative, but it is not. Synthetic is using others with modifications. It do not create anything new and Creative is a new one created by finite human mind with imagination, where new ideas are handed to others.  

Both kind of imagination are equally valuable. It's difficult to know where one ends and the other starts. 

Imagination is  a workshop where desire is given shape. Today's realities were imaginations one day. (Mungerilal khe haseen sapne)

Whether we are informed or not, But there are three biggest enemies in our lives. Who always fights with us. They just don’t want us to complete or achieve our goals and dreams. who are these Three Enemies? Chapter 9 - Decision - Step 7

The mastery of Procrastination

Lack of decision is the major cause of failure and why do we not make decisions? Because of Fear. People mostly fail, because they keep thinking and never do, and the time fleets. 

Reach decisions quickly and change slowly. 

Make your own decision, opinions are the cheapest commodity on earth, don't be too influenced by others opinions. Keep your own council. 

Use your brain and mind, acquiring facts.

Keep a closed mouth and open ears and eyes.  

TELL THE WORLD WHAT YOU INTEND TO DO, BUT FIRST SHOW IT. 

Deeds and words are what counts most. Use your power. Decisions with faith and courage has irresistible power. 

Indecision is a habit which usually begins in youth. The habit takes on permanency as the youth goes through graded school, high school and even through college, without definiteness of purpose. The major weakness of all educational systems is that they neither teach nor encourage the habit of definite decision. 

It required great courage. Lacking it is why people choose wrong job, or get into job, when they could have done something of their own. 

Have the DEFINITENESS OF DECISION TO PLAN A DEFINITE POSTION. 

Expect, plan and demand. Be ready to make personal sacrifices. 

Chapter 10 - Persistence

Edison, Be persistent till your goals are fulfilled. The basis of persistence is the power of will. Will power and desire, when properly combined, make an irresistible pair.  Lack of persistence, is the major cause of failure. It can be overcome by efforts. Starting point of all achievement is desire. A will. Master mind will help develop this. 

Chapter 3, has 6 steps to accumulate money, is an example. As water gravitate to ocean, fortune gravitate to men whose minds have been prepared to attract them. Your subconscious mind works continuously. With persistence will come success. 

Persistence is based upon definite causes, among them these:

Weaknesses to be mastered:

  5. Relying upon alibis instead of creating definite plans for the solution of problems.

  10. Willingness, even eagerness to quit at the first sign of defeat.

Most ideas are still born, and need the breath of life injected into them through definite plans of immediate action.

Our life will depend on the five people around us. Unsuccessful people are surrounded with negative people, while successful people are surrounded by positive people. Habits too are derived from the five people around us. 

Coordination of Knowledge and effort, for achievement of greater result. It is not team work.  It is just cooperation without concern of the objective. Master mind have commitment for same goal, with same mission, with each contributing their best.

It means switching of the mind from thoughts of physical expression, to thoughts of some other nature. 

Sexuality, passion or Charisma is what is meant here. People are influenced by feelings and emotions more than reasons. Stimuli to which minds responds are sex, love, fame/power/financial gain, music,  mutual suffering, auto suggestion, fear, alcohol and drugs and master minds. 

Courage, creativity, increases with this. People normally succeed after forty. The handshake, the tone of voice, posture and carriage of the body, the vibrations of thoughts, body adornment all help know this. Through cultivation this can be improved. 

No man is happy or complete without the modifying influence of the right woman. Control comes from persistence and habit. Voluntary self effort is important. Love is spiritual will bring you in touch with infinite intelligence.

Chapter 13 - The Subconscious Mind  The connecting Link, 11th Step. 

You cannot completely control, but can handover the plans. Formulate and write out desire, positive affirmation, visualization, act as though goal is already yours.

Everything man creates begin as thoughts. Two concepts - storehouse of information and gateway to infinite intelligence. Make positive emotions work for you. 

  • Accept the existence of subconscious mind and what it can do to you. Desire, persistence. 13 principles are the stimuli to reach subconscious mind. It can be directed only through habit. Be patient and persistent. Master Faith.
  • Plant idea strongly - it will influence other ideas. With creative intelligence you can come with more ideas. It comes through faith and plan. 
  • Attitude and with help from others, you can achieve your goals. 
  • Plant desires - or it will feed on your neglect. 

Where does it come from? Four sources: 

  • Consciously from other people
  • Your subconscious
  • Subconsciously from other people
  • Infinite Intelligence

Th seven major positive emotions are: Desire, faith, love, sex, enthusiasm, romance, hope. 

7 negative emotions to avoid are: fear, jealousy, hatred, revenge, greed, superstition and anger. 

One emotion will dominate other. Through faith and habit - affirm , visualize everyday. 

Faith and fear make poor bedfellows. Where one is found, the other cannot exist. 

Subconscious mind is the intermediary, that translates prayers and desires, answers come back by way of plan, with the help of intelligence. Do not accept trouble, as they have a tendency not to disappoint.  

Chapter 14 - The Brain  A broadcasting and receiving station for thought- 12th step. 

Every human brain has the ability to attract vibration, by way of intuition. Creative imagination is what helps to get information from:

  • Consciously from other people
  • Your subconscious
  • Subconsciously from other people
  • Infinite Intelligence

With positive or negative emotions. Auto suggestion is used. 

  • Brain is the broadcaster and receiver. 
  • When you send thoughts you send to subconscious by auto suggestion
  • You receive from subconscious by creative imagination
  • Subconscious is your connection to infinite imagination.
  • Infinite imagination - Time, space, energy and matter 
  • Thoughts from other brains come to you because infinite intelligence connect your brain to others
The greatest forces are "Intangible".  Telepathy. Thought. Parapsychology. 

Method of mind stimulation, through harmonious discussion of definite subjects, between three people, illustrates the simplest and most practical use of the Master Mind. - Join people with team work. Places each person with unknown sources of knowledge, tapping to the power of mastermind group. The more you use it, the more it will come to play. 

Great results are born of great sacrifice. 

Chapter 15 - The Sixth Sense - The door to the temple of wisdom. 13th Step.  

Apex, of the philosophy of success. Creative imagination or the receiving sense.  As you develop 6th sense, a guardian angel will help open door to wisdom. Nature don't deviate from it's law. There is a power, or first cause, infinite intelligence each maintaining a proper relationship in nature - day and night, river flowing downwards. 

Let great people shape your life, but do not hero worship. Have 'invisible councilors'. Sit in between them. Napoleon Hills were Emerson, Paline, Edison, Darwin, Lincon, Burban, Napoleon, Ford and Carnegie. He would speak to them. Building characters through Auto-suggestion. 

The sixth sense is not something that one can take off and put on at will. It comes through application. 

Chapter 16 - The Sixth Ghosts of Fear - How many are standing on your way?

Indecision, doubt and Fear - You have to clear your mind of these three. 

Indecision is the seedling of fear, it crystalizes into doubt and becomes fear. They germinate and grow without a reminder of it's presence. Get rid of indecisions, doubt and fear.  

Cause and cure of six basic fears. Before you master your enemy, you should know them. The Six basic fears, not all suffer from all:

  • Poverty - State of mind. Most destructive. Difficult to master. It brings humiliation. Signs - Indifference, Indecision, Doubt, Worry, Over caution, Procrastination, . 
  • Criticism - Highly developed form, robs people of initiative, Symptoms: Self-Consciousness, Lack of poise, Personality Weaknesses, Inferiority complex, Extravagance, Lack of Initiative, Lack of ambition. Constructive suggestion will help. 
  • Ill-health - Physical and social heredity. Begins with negative thought impulse. New climate will help. 75% hypochondria(imaginary illness). Symptoms: Hypochondria, Exercise, Susceptibility, Self-Coddling, Intemperance. 
  • Loss of Love - Most painful. Symptoms: Jealousy, Fault Finding, Gambling, 
  • Old age - Thought of Poverty and ill health. Loss of freedom and independence.   Symptoms: slow down, inferiority complex, speak apologetically, killing of initiative.
  • Death - Its mere change or transition. It's internal sleep and sleep is nothing to be feared. Symptoms: Habit of thinking of dying, instead of life. Have burning desire for achievement and be busy. Fear of poverty, illness, lack of appropriate occupation, disappointment over ove, insanity, religious fanaticism.  

All other fears are variation of these. Thought impulses translate into physical forms. Worry because of indecision. State of Mind, based on fear. Nothing is worth worrying. Vibration of fear passes from one mind to other. Destructive thoughts convert a person into an antagonist. 

Business in life is to achieve success. For this you need peace of mind and happiness. Influence, direct and Control your mind and environment feed it with positive thought impulses. 

We have control over only one thing - Thought.  With thought fear can be mastered. We can think, so   we humans are superior to other living beings. 

State of mind has to be created. 

The seventh basic evil is Susceptibility to negative influences. Don't give up your right to be positive. 

It strikes when you are not aware of its presence and is intangible. It comes in different forms. Both within and outside. It is deadly as poison. 

Your will power is your defense. We are all susceptible to the basic fears. 

Keep mind away from those who put negative things.  People who do not succeed have one distinguishing trait in common - no control of mind and alibis by old man 'If'. A man's alibi is the child of his own imagination. It is human nature to defend one's own brain-child. Building alibis is a deeply rooted habit. Habits are difficult to break, especially when they provide justification for something we do. "The first and best victory is to conquer self. To be conquered by self is, of all things, the most shameful and vile. " 

Take Inventory of yourself, As your read this closing chapter, and Find out How many of the "Ghosts" are standing in your way. 

In his earlier book, 'The Law of Success', Hill identified freedom, democracy, capitalism, and harmony as being among the foundations to his "Philosophy of Achievement". He asserted that without these foundations, great personal achievements would not be possible.

"Patience, Persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success."

Develop your will power - and what you can do will be more than money, you will leave a legacy behind. 

Life is a checkerboard, and the player opposite you is TIME. If you hesitate before moving, or neglect to move promptly, your men will be wiped off the board by TIME. You are playing against a partner who will not tolerate INDECISION. 

The Master Key is Burning Desire. 

Real wealth is measured not by what you have, but what you are.

1.      No one can give you Power – You power is within you, empowerment is an incorrect word.. Your power is limitless – I am limitless – own your power.

POWER

1.      P stands for Persona – how you radiate your personality outside. – You are unique. Not even identical twin have same thumbprint

2.      O is for ownership – of life, achievement, body, thoughts and emotions, opportunities. If it is got tobe it is up to me.

3.      W is for willingness – Are you willing to be in spotlight? Be willing to take challenges, to take ownership, to accept failure, be willing to take action

4.      E stands for Energy – 1 to 10 where is your energy right now. Live a life vibrating your energy. Energy is the currency of the world.

5.      R stands for Resilience – Not only surviving change, but becoming better with change. You are anti fragile. Changes in life will only make you better.

Power Hack - Take action to have a powerful Persona:

A .Appearance – Let there be no shame in owning the body you have – not what you had or want.

Clothing has an effect on your moods and emotions and not only on people around you. Dress one level up than what you do currently.

B. Behavior – How we interact with others – mindselt, value and belief and emotions. To be better, get to know yourself first. – Journal every single day. You will see a pattern

C. Communication – Verbal, and non verbal, They feed each other. It is difficult to speak confidently if you are sloopy. Roll your shoulders, raise your chin to 90 degree angle.. before you speak anywhere, words will come

D. Digital footprint – Take ownership of what impression you want to leave – google yourself and what comes up?  - Authoritative and credible persona? 

There is a powerful women inside you – give permission to be seen and heard.
