 Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) 15 mins 

This guided meditation on your yoga mat takes you through the Pancha Maya Kosha (five layers of self) leaving you with a sense of wholeness by promoting deep rest and relaxation. 

 Sound healing  15 mins 

Finally, you’ll experience the magic of sound healing with brass chimes, gong, crystal bowls, Koshi chimes and rain sticks. These sound waves balance and heal your energy, allowing you to let go of any cellular level stress.
