This book is broadly divided into two parts:

Core of leadership is about positively influencing people and helping transform them into their best version. Most important skill to teach children is resilence. Courage is needed. Good quality reins that can help execute a project successfully or run a business well combine two things, high quality dashboards with regular reviews that have a cadence and momentum and are implemented with military-like rigour and second and more important is the ability to get the measurement metrics right.
