Sweet Delicacies


Kalakand
3 pack milk boil till become half ...Keep stirring till milk become thick. Add one lemon juice keep n sugar
Put ghee n nuts in a plate n add this milk mixture..keep to cool in room temperature..then some time in fridge..nice to hv cold one. Milk, lemon and sugar Sugar 200 gm. Dont add water at all in milk.

Only three ingredients looks interesting but of all jagery is tricky. How jaggery was added to ghee flour mixture? How do they mix well. Need to keep stirring..that's trick...switch off d gas then add jaggery..

Cake with no maida and with water...

Instead of cocoon you can add coffee powder also. No need instead add coffee powder
Instant coffee powder will do.....chicory is just a blend used. Filter coffee cNt be used as it needs to be brewed. My thought, incase u want to used the coffee decoction then reduce the water measure

Diamond Cuts

One bowl ghee, one bowl sugar, one bowl water n pinch of salt.... get it to boil
Once cool... mix required flour to make the batter..... it should b soft... roll to make balls 🎾... make chapatis ... not too thin or too thick.. heat oil... from the chapatis cut to diamond shaped or square shaped cuts n deep fry in oil.Tip is to make it immediately after making the batterAs ghee in it shud dey n get cold
