We are all looking for T=Transformation. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be transformed.  Energy in motion is emotion, is can only be Transformed, and cannot be changed. 

Everything in Universe is made up of energy. If you break down atom's what remain in energy. 

Whatever you perceive in the world, is the reflection of you who you are. Focus on the energy and emotion. The way you look at the world, is the perception created by past and behaviour. We look for energy from outside. Our energy is influenced by what is happening in the world. There is two way dialogue between you and the environment.  Environment - People, situation, things. What kind of energy are you getting form that space? 

There is a good vibe and bad vibes. Vibes are Vibrations. Our emotion creates frequency, and it attract to similar frequency. Gossipers are always with gossipers, achievers are always with achievers. Who you are depended on your emotions and energy. 

People say - you are glowing today or you are dull today? 

We emit electromagnetic frequency that connects outside energy. 

There is a good news and bad news. 

Bad news is environment is more powerful than your will power, 

Good news is I can contribute to my environment. We cannot change the outside world, but we can change our inner world.

How does it work ?  - Put one value as an example - Honesty - how do you maintain it in your life? You make a rule from the value.  - Always tell the truth, and have people tell me the truth everytime. Always tell the truth, and be willing to receive it. 

Put your best foot forward everyday. In the absence of rules, people make up their own rules. If you put them in one time, it can be complete chaos.

Consistency is the key.

Gut health is very important - sunlight, butter milk, reduce stress. 

Allegies or Intolerances - Find it out and remove. Pay attention. Every move counts - stop using elevator.  Don't miss out on the Physical activity, do it consistently. You'r confidence will improve. 

Don't miss out on Sleep. Sleep wake cycle is important.  Go to bed by 10 and wake up by 5 or 6. This is the foundation of wellness.

    I am responsible for my own happiness, I no longer want to depend on others, I want to take that remote control back. 

    What we say to ourselves after others have told is what matters. Have your own thought process. Be responsible for your happiness. The higher the expectation you have from others and if you are unable to manage the disappointment, is what matters. Take the responsibility back - don't expect others to be mind readers, ask. 

    Challenging relationship - Disguised angels. 

    Emotions they bring - angry, sorrow - put a process/plan around - so that the emotions don't come. Create deep acceptance. You will see your heart grow. Have new conversation with self. 

    You hold own to your peace and power and don't let others do.

    Under anger there is hurt. Hurt people hurt people. Learn to process your anger, guilt, shame, hurt. When we turn people pleaser it wont work for us. Setting boundaries help. It's okay to have good guilt. Create new way - worry and anxiety - build relationship with God. 

    Each one of us have empty box, and we have the right to fill it. Learn to say 'No'. Take to give. If we keep giving, we become a box of negativity. 

    Jealous is another emotion that ruins relationship.  If you feel others re jealous of you - Say 'Thank You God ' - You are in a place where people can be jealous of you. Be willing to reprocess our guilt. First relationship you need to prioritise is your relationship with self.

    In order for us to have meaningful relationships in life we have to work on feeling worthy because only when you truly feel worthy will you feel like an equal in any relationship. Feeling like an equal means to neither put anyone on the pedestal or to look down on anyone. This forms a strong foundation for relationship building or networking.

    Also having a true genuine connection takes a relationship a long way. Having a certain agenda while establishing a relationship can shrink all the possibilities that the relationship could possibly unfold.

    Everyone has something to offer and when you approach every relationship or a person with an open mind, it will help you discover way more than you think was possible.

    Our successes are build with people.  Network = Networth. 

    Three mistakes when networking:

    • Networking with an agenda - pushes people away from you. You fix this by forgetting your personal agenda. - Be friendly, general - focus on being useful. BNI meet. Ask - How can I help you. 
    • Networking only with people more/less experienced with you - networking upwards - Biases. Ensure you don't miss anyone. No one is unimportant. Connections from heart last longer. Discover the value of each person you talk to. 
    • Networking in desperation - You can sense that.   Shared values, goals and interest. You need to nurture your connections. Start networking before you need it. It needs time. Start early, be proactive, stay connected, be genuinely interested. Don't keep building new, nurture through out life. Bonds are created for life.
    Networking online - Send message with request, be early to video calls and online summits. 

    True value of networking lies in helping others.

    If you don't fill your day with high priority actions, it will be filled with low priority distractions. 

    How do we get into the flow state? We cannot be robots - we go up and down, but we can optimise it. 

    1. Clarity : When you know what your goals are, you will see the opportunities. 20 Goals per day, you will have the power to say No to distractions. If you have the power to know where you want to go. This is where focus begin. 
    2. Cycles : Inspiration from nature, life, universe, - all in cycle. We wake up and sleep.  Create and Recreate. Make things cyclical. Replace negative cyclical habits and install positive cyclical habits, there will be productivity. It comes from Clarity and balance. 4 day work week - focus on Top 3 tasks per day. Re-Creation, Family day, spiritual day. There will be Harmony.

Concept called Fractals - Imagine a triangle - Input -) Process -) Output : IPO - 80-20 principle. Traffic - Leads - Sales. Focus on top 20% that you need to do to get healthy - exercise, eat well. Relationship with spouse - listen, quality time; Create wealth - Investing - where? Long term Consistency, beats short term . If something is not working - course correct. 
    4. Clutter : Have less but the best and do more. Things around you have energy. Physical, Digital, People. Declutter your space. Physical Junk, is the reason of emotional junk. When you change the vibe, environment change, so the productivity change. Things have the influence on the way you think. The pop ups in our life are killing our productivity, and it's an addiction. 
    5. Consequence: Every action in our life, we have to face the consequence. There are degrees of consequences. Understand the 2nd and 3rd degree consequence of your action. Clarity in goals - will help save time, energy, money and resources. 
    Be in the flow state without minding too much of the outcome. 

    Internal vs. External Motivation - once we are back to life, we may not remember all these. 

    Small boy keen to play foot ball, was in the bench, team was progressing, he was not given a chance to play. Final match, the boy requested that he be given to play; team was loosing. He was given 2 minutes, he plays in such a way, that everyone is blown away. His father used to take him to practise. 

    After the win Coach asked what happened - he said, my father was blind, he passed away last week, I want him to see me win. 

    When you find your reason, why, you don't need focus or discipline. In the Eon's of time, we are living just a dash of time, what matters is how we play the game, and how we can be in the zone, we are for a long enough time, and say we have made difference. May you be driven internally. 

    The emotions in the sessions today was too many. We all have something so much bigger.

    5. Meghana : What is the level of your energy - Long day, and energy level is still high; This day help you grow, evolve. Energy in motion is emotion. Success is the number of days you are truely happy. You are part of learning group. Take action and make your life a success.
    6. Priyank: We give lot of importance to our mobile, 10% of that attention give to life. You can buy more beautiful things.
    7. Chinha : Environment is greater than will power.  Will power is like battery. This can be an amazing session. Let this tribe be the winds beneath to the wings. 
    8. Shiny: Learning a lot from all the masters, and wish they taught all these in school. Things are not going to change overnight. All are WIP, don't judge others, but be supportive and hold space for them. Make best use of tomorrow. Focus and be Consistent. Consistency is the key. 
    9. Siddharth: It's never about the destination, you should fall in love in your journey towards the destination. 
    10. Suren:  Today is a spark, internal is lit. Ensure all get an experience and trajectory of life change.
