1) Judge Loya was offered ₹100 cr for favourable verdict in Sohrabuddin fake encounter case,claimed his family.He did not fall for it. Then, we hear about his death.Later, Judge Sathasivam who scrapped FIR against Amit Shah on same case was made Governor of Kerala.
2) Vinod Rai is a classic example. He was the one who invented the so called 2G scam against the UPA - II govt. Former Comptroller & Auditor General of India as first chairman of Banks Board Bureau for this lie. He started Anna Hazare drama & came to power . For his favour Mr. Rai got BCCI chief post & Padma Bhushan
3) Name: R. K. Raghavan. He was head of the Special Investigation Team that probed the 2002 Gujarat riots, and gave clean-chit to CM Modi. In 2017, He was appointed as High Commissioner to Cyprus.
4) Yogesh Chander Modi. He was part of SIT that probed the 2002 riots which gave clean-chit to CM Modi in the Gulbarg Society massacre in which 69 people were killed. In 2017, He was appointed as DG of NIA.
5) Name: Girish Chandra Murmu, Lt. Gov to J&K. He was principal secretary of then CM Narendra Modi during 2002 Gujrat Riots in which hundreds of Muslims were killed. In 2004 he was appointed to handle Gujrat Riots case. He gave clean chit to Modi & Amit Shah.

The BJP's handling of Indian institutions is one of 'quid pro quo'. This has set a dangerous precedent for the future of independent India and the separation of powers between judiciary & the legislature. 10) As the CM who oversaw the complete failure of law & order in Gujarat without any remorse, PM Narendra Modi and his right hand then and now Amit Shah ensured that those who helped get away with it got something in return; and why not, they themselves got to be the Prime Minister and Home Minister of India. At the time when whole world joining hand to fight coronavirous , government cannot get rid of Pakistan phobia; and religious discrimination. Well, for them temples are more important, than hospitals. Whether it is appointment to important bodies or awards, the BJP has made sure that people who vilified the UPA govt with false charges were paid back in kind.
Modi government ever since coming to power has single-handedly worked hard to weaken ever institution built and nurtured in India over the past 70 years. Be it Election Commission, RBI, CBI, UGC, Media and the Judiciary.
The only thing transparent under this govt is their meddling with the judiciary. BJP will lose once it's karma cycle completes a full circle 2014-19 was supported by Manmohan Singh govt's economic strength. But 2019-24, BJP & Modi are completely on their own - they are unable to hide their hatred and bias.
P.S. Request to BB Please don't come with excuses and examples of similar act by previous Government, they were voted out of power for their shortcomings, we don't want that repeated .
