Instead of discussing Delhi riots they are talking about riots during Nehru & Indira Gandhi era in Parliament. This is surreal!
In fact, they are on a spree of even repacking people as well.
But then we are at this juncture because of the inner politics and indecisiveness with congress as well, I can think of at least 3 other younger Congress politicians who could do what Scindia has- crossover or regional breakaway. Frankly, a mutiny is the only thing that can save a moribund Congress party. Else its status quoist leadership will destroy the little left of it. Is there no one, to bring it back to it's lost glory? Scindia quitting Congress is OK, That Scindia left the Congress is understandable. Not many would stay in a sinking rudderless ship? But joining fascist BJP has no justification except his lust for power and the sense of entitlement of an erstwhile King.
