Yet again a New Beginning 2024

"What marks a new beginning?

Is it the calendar turning over or the sun rising?

Is it an artificial date or the natural inclination to want to improve ourselves?

Whatever the reason, here is a new beginnings.

As we begin 2024, let us infuse every moment with hope, every day with gratitude and every night with dreams.

May all our needs be fulfilled, and our wants awarded as per God's will. "

From Revathi Akka.

May we continue on our path of self-fulfilment and peace of mind.

The year of Being the Angel.

Be Light, Be the Light,

This Year, allow God to use you,

To empower others and emerge their best.

Think right, speak less, elevate your action,

Care Selflessly for every person,

Bless each situation with your vibration.

Be the Angel the world is looking for,

Create Heaven on Earth, wherever you are.

From Karishma Mehta - HOB

New Year In’s:

1)366 days of the winning morning routine– wake up at 6, read, meditate, journal.

2)Travel once every month (short weekend trips in India– yes, please)

3)Some kind of physical activity everyday.

4)Making time to write my book.

5)Honing a new skill– I really want to learn how to make art/scult; any recommendations?

6)Making little memories special– whether with friends, family, the team at HOB.

7)Being kinder to myself.

8)Saying I love you more often to the people I love.

New Year Outs–

1)Cutting out sugar as much as possible (celebrations make for good exceptions.)

2)Letting go of my inherent need to be constantly productive.

3)Micromanaging.

4)Being ‘too’ emotional– balance is key.

5)Saying ‘yes’ when I want to say ‘no’

6)Not taking myself for granted– really showering a lot of love on myself, especially the tough days.

7)Baseless shopping for things I don’t need!

Happy New Year everyone!
