The Inner Peace Coin is a metal coin with a beautiful design of a lotus with an inscription that says, "The moment we stop thinking is when our peace begins." On the back, it says, "Thinking is the root cause of suffering."

When we lack clarity or purpose in our lives, it is usually not because we are not trying hard enough but because we have filled our lives with too many things that aren’t aligned with us, preventing us from seeing what truly matters.

Only when we give ourselves permission to do nothing (creating space) does everything become clear.

We frequently clean our physical spaces and homes to ensure they don’t get too cluttered and messy, but how often do we clean or clear the emotional, mental, and spiritual spaces within us?

If we never clean our homes, it would be nearly impossible to navigate. If we never clean our hearts and minds, how can we expect to navigate through life?

Inputs create outputs.

What we hold in our minds creates the world we see outside.

What can you let go of that would create the change you seek in life?

An empty mind is a life full of peace.

This does not mean we no longer use our minds but to not become attached to what enters it.

If the river became attached to the water and stopped flowing, it would become stagnant and unable to support life within it.

Our minds are designed to be like a river. It is designed to be the space through which life can flow freely without the obstructions of our own thinking, judgments, and attachments. When we attach ourselves too much to our thoughts, we suffer, like when the river holds onto the water.

You are the vessel, not what is inside of it. You are the river, not the water within it.

You are the one who is aware of your thoughts, not the thoughts themselves.

The less you believe in your thoughts, the happier you will be.

Be the river. Be free.
