This is the first attempt in reading a Hindi and an English Book together. Was fascinated for couple of reasons:
1. First person to get Booker prize in Hindi
2. The English Novel, has pages almost twice that of Hindi.
Geetanjali Shree also known as Geetanjali Pandey, is an Indian Hindi-language novelist and short-story writer based in New Delhi and the translation was done by Daisy Rockwell
English has Introduction, chapter names, and 20th page in Hindi book was the 40th in English. So no wonder.
