Our philosophy decide 80% success, our strategy decide only 20%. Break pattern. Do things differently
- Certainty - Difference where some people try and some people know. Become sure of who you are. Try has no energy. You do it or don't do it. Certain new habit. Do something within your comfort zone. If you do what you say, and say what you do- you will build trust. One big goal for the week. Close your eyes and say a prayer of certainty. Put your mind to it and magic will happen.
- Awareness - Commitment to self. Be certain when you approach your life. Be aware of what is happening in you life. Make aware of the little voice, that comes to you when you make a commitment. Keep commit small if you want, but once you commit keep it. "Little voice/Keeping commitment"
- Encouraging Vocabulary - Our Vocabulary has a direct impact on your energy. Which emojis do you use often? We have patterns. Use positive good ones. Stop using words having negative energy. Change your vocabulary, change your life.
- Kindness with boundaries - How you use words matter. Kindness and boundaries are two sides of same coin. Setting boundaries help show you love. Write three places, people and thing where you are going to be kind with. You don't expect to get back from those to whom you give. It is a flow.
- Earn the words - There are three kind of people - 'Ordinary' people controlled by their moods and emotions, 'Extraordinary' who react but get back on track and choose a better response, 'Great' are the people who is building life inside out. Write three habits one each in Health, Career, Relationship. (I will give a complement everyday) (7days, three things - 21 points) Choose the greatest version of yourself. Show up as your greatest self in every activity.
- Move from ordinary to extraordinary, and from there to Great.
- Amount of care and compassion needed is immense, as it is tough to change self. If your touch greatness, you are great.
- Amplified Energy- We are hiding behind things to gain confidence. We want to manage our time better - for that start managing your energy. Become supremely effective with your energy. Successful people wake up earlier, walk faster than others. The bigger you grow, more energy management you will need. Know your food. Become aware of your fatigue. Stress, tension, overwork make you fatigue. Keep moving for what you want, amplify yourself. See the God in all the people you meet. Wake up and light up. It needs new attitude in your head. Up the vital life source. Be completely present with people. Work on your beath. Three deep breath - every one hour. Energy is contagious.
- Learned Optimism - Personality is more important than the Knowledge you have - Go and do things differently. Brush with left hand. Take different route, eat different food. In breaking pattern you realise your personality. This week biggest challenge - write it down, Optimism is the reason for success. How optimist differ from pessimistic and realistic - 1) They look for good in every situation. - Gratitude. 2) When something challenging happen just ask - God what are you teaching me? (only people who have no problems are those in the grave 3) Solution mindset - Don't speak of what you do not want, speak of what you want. 4) Optimistic people leave in future, say where you are going not where you are coming from. Spend little or no time in the past. Be a positive optimistic person. Do not deny the problem. Don't be delusional.
- Forgiveness - Baggage slowing us down. When we do that we will have better health, better money. Who they hurt is very different person from who you are today. Don't let them do it to you twice. Not a believer of Forgive and Forget - Forgive and move on. We cut the code - saying you were the disguised angels. We cut the code of the lesson. Hurt will be exactly the same. Every evening make the list of people you need to forgive, and forgive them, and ask people for forgiveness's. Ask for forgiveness - I intimidate you when I am around, (level 3) Letting go of hurt. There is no way of moving forward in life without doing this. We move from judgemental to non judgemental. Hurt people hurt people. When we stop judging others , we go to next level of attraction, vibration and abundance. Anyone you are judging can be forgiven. You can even forgive the non living things - bed/table for banging your leg. If you can do this, less your ego will play with you. You will win the battle with yourself.
- Give energy more important than Knowledge. New habit need a new thought process. Look at places where you can add new habits. How strong has you commitment muscles become. Write the new habits you would like to have? Increase the intensity, get rid of the excuses to stop your habit. Time is up for being cheap type. New Habit/Why/Price I am going to pay for the new habit /Commit to not complain with the price- NHWPCC(always know the price - if the price is more than the benefit from NH then don't go for it.
- Focus on the things that you are able to do. Write down 10 things you love about yourself. Know your awesomeness. 5 sentence to describe the good, and 1 sentence to describe the bad. List of people you are thankful for, things at home, general things - Depth of understanding one word that change the life for ever - Deep Gratitude. Feel the feeling of every single gratitude. Deep breath, and increase the heart size. Your friends, neighbours, colony, society, community, city. country, world - fit in your heart. Your heart is bigger than you, and nothing can ruffle you up. There is always be more love in the world than fear. Keep your heart big. Keep giving to the world, and let God give you. Also be a taker, ask. No complaining, no blaming, no matter what.
Magic can happen in 15 minutes if you decide to put your mind to it.
