The subconscious mind is where we want to go to.  Hypnosis is a trance-like mental state in which people experience increased attention, concentration, and suggestibility. While hypnosis is often described as a sleep-like state, it is better expressed as a state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and vivid fantasies. People in a hypnotic state often seem sleepy and zoned out, but in reality, they are in a state of hyper-awareness. It's like having cheer leader in your head. 

Manifestation and Affirmations are of conscious mind. While Unconscious mind is running the show. It is where fears are. Sub conscious mind is the gene, it is the root. It says your wish is my command. That is the connection between the two. Hypnosis helps to find and remove them. 

Self Hypnosis is real two way power to get the best from self. Say you can do it the best way. Anything you want in life, that you really want. You can use it to get less of what you don't want. 

The pictures you create in your head, and words you tell yourself, make your world. 

The science behind it - It has been around the world since time immoral. It's not a magic, its a science. 

Thoughts are things. Every thought you think has a physical reaction and emotional response. Every thing start with a thought. It is up to you, you have the ability to change. 

There are many techniques of Self-hypnosis. People want everything fast now. There are many ways of doing it. Alfa, Beta, Delta, ....there are four brain waves.  There are two things to it - Getting into it, and what you are saying to yourself. Say positive things and what you want, and not what you don't want. Say relevant things. 

Take your eyeballs out, breath in and out. After three times, bring your chin down, and say what you want. 

You are not out of control, it is feeding back what you want. The common thing that is wrong with everyone is the feeling - 'I am not enough' - This is the big problem with the world. There is not much wrong with you. 'I am different', 'I want something, but it is not available to me'. 'I am not good enough', 'I am not worthy enough'.

It helps to change your thoughts. Make your believes great. If you believe greatness is in you, greatness will come out of you. 

"I have something amazing to give the world, and the world love me."

We imagine so much with your eyes closed. 

Look up as high as you can, breath and get down 10 steps, go down, take lemon and eat. 

Press area between eyebrow. with eyes closed. say what you want. What it looks like, feel like,  what it sounds like?

You are enough, you are more than enough, you are powerfully loveable. Accept your self a lovable, you see yourself as lovable. Easily accept love. Everyday you are moving from one phenomenal accomplishment to another. "You are enough" , "You are worth of success", 

I am lovable just the way I am, I always have been, I always will be. 
I am significant, I matter, I am enough, I am worthy.
I am worthy of love, success, joy. 

I matter, I am significant, I am enough, I am worthy, I am lovable, I always have been, always will be. 

The words that follow 'I am' will follow you always. So use profound, powerful and positive words.

I am amazing, I am incredible. 

Say - I love my life - and you will have the life you love. 

Self love, worth, image increases.  See it, state it, affirm it. Love yourself, that is enough. 

You Matter, and these are the statements of significance. If you don't love yourself, how can others? 

You can expand or contract. How I do that is by using positive words. 

Self praise, believe in yourself. What you want, wants you. What you are moving towards, is moving towards you. 

It will help you get rid of your limiting beliefs.  You are born wired. 

Don't be greedy, don't show off , you cant have it all - are all incorrect. Get rid of them.

You can have it all. Believe and you will have it. You have to have the mindset. 85% of success is mindset. Wealth, health, joy, success. 

Affirmation is a statement of truth.

That’s because something deeper is going on beneath the surface that’s keeping you stuck in your old ways.

Something deeper than applying the wrong solution, or listening to the wrong teacher.

That is your fundamental belief that no matter what, you are just not good enough to succeed.
