My 10 Lessons from 10 years of being a Life Coach -
1) There is no destination only a journey - many milestones but no arrival for a goal achieved is a goal upgraded .
2) Success has no meaning if you don’t have the right people to celebrate it with - so on the way up ensure you carry with you the people that matter
3) Things over time will stop giving you pleasure - achievement has its own high. There are too many shiny objects in this consumerism world where we are being told all the time what we need . Learn investment because once your money starts making money for you …. All else will lose its shine
4) Emotional maturity is the path to enlightenment- how much can you protect your inner peace ,manage your disappointments, handle your expectations , change your disempowering stories the better the quality of your life
5) Life is not fair - don’t ask god why me because no one is getting out without facing something just pray that we all learn & grow through our own set of hardships
6) Reduce judgement - clean yourself detoxify by giving people permission to be themselves . Grow your heart to include the opposite of what your values stand for and this world will feel home for all
7) Master Gratitude - the one emotion tat changes everything . Make it your religion . Whatever you are complaining about is so small in comparison to all that you have and some of us don’t realise or know that . Develop the eyes to look at life as a blessing and it will become one
8) Be kind - everyday all the time to yourself and others the world needs more kindness than righteousness.
9) Forgive easily - holding onto grudges reduces our vibration . You don’t have to trust them again . You don’t even have to have them in your life . But learning to let it go will truly free you
10) Create a mission greater than yourself - live a life of contribution. Someone in this world should benefit because you are alive and there . Make your life matter . Live meaningfully
