Here's how you can use urgency and impact to prioritize your tasks: 

  • Do things that are impactful and urgent first 
  • Handle issues that are impactful or urgent next 
  • Handle issues that are neither impactful nor urgent last 

Don’t just prioritize your work tasks. Prioritize tending to your personal, social, and physical needs to keep yourself in balance.
