You cannot grow your Brand without being criticized and mocked. Don't live life on the basis of what others think.

  1. Social media comments - Ignore; Don't get effected by it. Don't take it personal, Grow up. 
  2. Customer comments within community - Take the feedback seriously, 
  3. Negative criticism by another influencer - Ignore and bless them if they are try to break you down, if you don't participate in the battle, you tear them down. If it is genuine take it really seriously, apologies and set right the context. 
  4. Main Stream Media Criticism - We should not get into that level, it has to be seriously looked into.
  5. Fall in the value system - Entire customer community tear the business down.
