Final Over - 7 - Staffing

Once you know what a person is good at, don't try to force the person into another role, unless there's a good reason to do so, factoring the employee's choice/commitment.

Understanding the clarity of Teams of an organisation /firm/company with respective positions & works done by that person of the team

Multiple roles also possible in a Firm by a same person

Mostly Entrepreneurs (beginners) will do all 9 roles also (Navatharam).

Efforts don't matter only results matter.

Appoint new staffs and interview using Belbin's wheel of Team

Make a planner/poster with staff names & job to do & achieve better perfomance for 2023.




Once a bird was searching for a home to lay her eggs and get shelter. In her search, she found two trees and went to ask for shelter. When she asked the first tree, he refused to give her shelter. With disappointment she went to the second. And second, agreed. She made her home, laid her eggs and then days later there was heavy rain. The rain was so heavy that the first tree fell  and was carried away by the flood. The bird saw this and started taunting the tree, “ See, this is your karma, you didn’t offer me shelter, now God has given you punishment.” The tree smiled and said: “ I knew I’m not going to survive rain that’s why I refused you. I didn’t want to risk your and your kids lives.” 

We as humans are really quick when it comes to judging others. In most cases we don’t even know the person or their back story what they’ve  gone through or what they’re experiencing.

Practise the PAUSE before concluding with a judgment and see the difference. 

Pause before judging 

Pause before assuming

Pause before accusing

Pause whenever you’re about to react harshly

It’s a special habit to imbibe and it helps us to  REFLECT, THINK AND RESPOND in a right manner and it will also avoid you doing or saying things that you’ll regret later.
