MGR + IAS strategy

Linked-in observations

)Lead generation and networking platform - works good for B2b in specific

)Follow groups to get to know what is currently happening in our domain

)Identify the exact hierarchy to reach for effective product positioning in a company

)Identify influencers & decision makers right to derive a best sales flow funnel

)Build relationships / Build networks

)Think from the person’s perspective on why he has to network with us and what value he will get getting connected with us.

)Build a specific network of leads exclusive for the business domain we are involved.

)Know a company to the best before networking with the professionals there - people love to get connected with people who are clear enough why they are getting connected.

)20% of the actions brings 80% of results but we may not know which 20% of our results will bring it, Hence Putting 100% best efforts consistently is the key for sustained growth.

)People always look what kind of a person we are more than business.
