 1) Keep a data based approach over the business consistently / make sure the business is interpreted through numbers as closer as it could be. Understand COGS.

2)Less CAC ( Cost of acquisition of the customer - the lesser it is the better is the profit / it is a key area of focus and working to make profit grow exponentially )

3)Customer Retention program is a most critical area as keeping a customer Live in the business flow / repeated orders / up-selling / Cross-selling /  Less overall CAC and better and quality referrals.

4)The unit economics sheet has  more variables / working to bring them all to the next best less % will give a compounded effect on the over all profit or Net Realization.

5)Reframe the Discount portion as loyalty program , referral bonus back to the customers once they are on board and keep their relationship with us live. Value the buy they do in this wide market place. 

6)When the digital marketing strategy is planned inline with the service industry for any D2c brand - 65% profit. _ knowledge Quotient _ New ideas sharing with clients brings / retains / holds a customer better _ sustainability
