2. Own your quality - Look for evidence you are demonstrating this quality?
Choose top 10 - from the mindmap or amoeba you have created.
Stand in front of the mirror and say 'Amazing, he really put in an effort in creating me'; say how awesome you are.
Have fun with this. Go deep, work on this.
Look for positivity in your life.
Forgiveness is an elevated quality to own.
Own what you have - that is your foundation. On that you can build on what you want.
Every quality has shadow side - it shows up when someone things you are too much. Don't go to the shadow side.
We will work on labels later - today is the day to fall in love with the creator and you.
Love yourself magically. Own it. Stay it in your brag in owning your power.
