5 am Club: Day 2 – Find Your Goals – Dharaneetharan

1st March 2022. Day 2.

Find Your Goals. 

1.       Chew your Water

2.       Reason to wake up early – our brain function in Theta state , and can take the best of things.

3.       Today is the day you will get clarity, and from today it will be a super ride.

4.       We are used to listening to ‘No’ since childhood, and therefore we automatically tell ourselves that.

5.       I am responsible, if not for creating a problem, for not finding a solution, not thinking what I can do differently.

6.       There will be no benefits by just complaining. – NC’s – No complains. 100% R - Responsibility

7.       Don’t compare with others – There will be Jealousy – It will affect you.

8.       Life need not be fair to you always, every time. Even in an unfair life, we need to be fair.

9.       There is a purpose for each persons creation, find your purpose, don’t compare with others , Each of us are unique– Story.

10.   Talk like a Hero, walk like a hero, you will become a hero. Let the super hero be happy.

11.   Health/Money/Relationship – Don’t just look at one part and compare. Everyone is in pain in one part or the other.

12.   Introduce GPS – Guide, shows us the location, help us find the destination, Goal-Progress-System; Global positioning system.

13.   21 minutes ritual – Identify 7 areas – Health/Finance/Relationship/Job/Personal/CSR/Hobby

14.   a)Finance – Don’t hate it, there is a misconception that it’s not good. i) Savings – decide the amount you want. Take a life and health insurance. We do not know when we or our family might need it. Think of ii) insurance. Iii) MSI – Multiple source of Income.  – b) Job/Travel/Hobby – Identify where you are, and where you want to go – Generating revenue of your own, gives confidence.  C)Health and fitness – give importance – Do something that makes you active everyday. Make it constant. Start something new. D) Personal Goals – Buy new house, gadget, E) Relationship Goal F) CSR G) Hobbies and Interest

15.   Each of these seven areas – write down, i) where are you now? Ii) where you want to be iii) What is the destination?



16.   Write on a paper – all the negative things that stops your growth. Will we be happy if these things go out of our life?

17.   Exercise – close your eyes, keep the paper in your hand. Deep and slow inhale and exhale. Identify what is stopping you from progresss. Remove them from the root. Procrastination, lack of planning, wrong company, identify them, Now slowly open your eyes. Burn these, flush it out, and come back and type I am back.

18.   Some music give us joy – Listen to music – share the thought. Padayappa song.

  •     Where am I going, - Thinking Small and Thinking Big - Same time and Same energy
  •     Immediate action item, - Habits, can I vs. How can I , Late? No start now. 
  •     Remove Limiting belief. - Mario Exercise - Burning the fear/negativity that is stopping you.
