Jessy Jacob: Business women - Fit for the soul: Men and women have different 1) Kinetic energy, 2) potential energy and 3) upskilling - men have better. Advice to future women - Write your own wellness story. You decide the plots of your story, the topic and the characters. You are the average of 5 people you are always talking to. You decide who your characters are going to be. Author defines the chapter. Your wellness story starts now. Write a letter to your future self. What are you writing ? Think through this and have fun. Tips to reduce screen time - One hour before you go to sleep turn your phone upside down, don't pick up your phone before you finish your morning rituals. You take 5 minutes, and spend an hour. Turn out notifications, use a watch to look at the time. Night last, pray , meditate, prepare for the next day - don't touch the phone.
Lily Paul: Relationship counselor: Self care a
passionate subject; Recharge yourself. Wifi slow -- first preference for
men; Superwomen - work out mental health and to energies , have some kind
of moment. Do things you love - it will help increase your energy and destress
you. Learn to say no - skills very full of us have. How will you regulate
emotion, if you are not able to identify them? Get help. Do not remain stuck.
Practice gratitude - have a happier life, before you end the day
write 10 things you were grateful for. Move from Self sacrifice to self
love and self compassion, it's not being selfish. CReate your own tool of Self
care. Wishing you resilience. Greatest gift to children, emotional regulation.

world, but you can change your world. Have an eye on the women in your house,
how can you help? If you love you have to care. to reduce screen time - pick up
the interest you love. Do not keep your phone next to your bed. Bring in Self
Discipline. Stress vs. Depression - Stress is a host of feelings as you go
through challenges that will lead to lack of focus. To manage stress, manage
emotions. If it does not help, it might be depression. If it's depression, you
need to take help from a therapist. Who take help are the strongest people. Put
the same routine before you go to sleep.
