5 am Club - Day 10 - Marathon

 


·       21 minutes ritual – 1 minute Mission & Values, 7 minutes – 7 goals, 6 minutes Vision board, 4 minutes bucket list, 3 minutes Affirmations- Aspire dream, Mindset  (With support for flow only)

·       This is the basics of hacking the subconscious mind. Repetition in the key, you will be focused.

·       10 minutes meditation – Imagine, sea side, and get into a prism room, 5 elements and parts of the body.

·       Take inspiration from others, don’t just copy from others – just copying will not be meaningful.

·       There will be setbacks in life, get up and keep going. Dust them away. Keep working, with commitment, dedication and consistency.

·       There is no bigger pressure than being in a situation where you don’t want to be. If you are doing what you love, it will give you pleasure.

·       Passion, Persistence – Needed in business, you get from running as well. When you have purpose it will be easy to accomplish what you want. Preparation is the key.

·       Started running during college, but restarted, with the feeling, that best gift is self earned, not what you can buy.

·       In the course be filled with grateful – and you see you will be more grateful, for the people in your C1 and C2 list.

·       There will be pain that you go throw, it’s important to be positive, first you start with body, but, your mind will help you take it forward.

·       Once you participate in a marathon, it will give you confidence.
