1. Values – Reference point, Self KPIs,
Standard we set for ourselves; - Customer
Delight – Delivering Happiness – Zappos – they were acquired by Amazon but kept
their values.
2. Vision/Mission/Core values – most companies
have. – Tony Hsieh values – Delivering Happiness. Founder’s value and team
value gets and should align. Only if you know your core value, you can drill it
down. Some employee consultant, and they charge hefty – which might not work.
Your company’s value should be aligned to you.
3. Core values of D: Adding Value/Keep
it simple/Think like a Customer/Trust People/Collaborate like the army believe in
team work/Take Pride – for doing a great work/ Nail about basics first and
worry about specifics later/80-20: Be prepared for Continuous learning – LLL-
Be in trend in your domain/Think on paper – activate neuron, use mindmap/ Client
is human, understand his emotions/Don’t assume, just ask/It is okay to make
mistake, but don’t repeat the same mistake again.
4. What is perfect for you may not be
perfect for me. Expectation mismatch creates problem.
5. Think of your values, write down
your top 10 priority values. – Big Value list.
6. Value – Wipro – ‘Anything grey is
black’ – Integrity. Used to say Yes to all that the boss said. First time stood
for self – when after reminder for leave to attend live IPL match, boss asked to
cancel leave. Build confidence.
7. First week – Learning Stage; Second
week – Implementation stage,
8. Daily 1) Water therapy – drink 1 litre
water morning, and at least 3 litre daily. 2)WDC – Water droplet challenge. 3)
Ikigai – say what make you wake up in the morning – Your lives mission
statement. Quantifying will give mission statement a power + Add your 10 values
to your mission statement. 4) Goals GPS, Bucket list – VB, Affirmation statements.

From
Monday – 21-minute ritual with meditation process – Daily; make it a part of
your life after 21st day. 8th and 9th day,
might take a little longer.
