5 am Club - Day 11 - WDC, Anger & Planning

 WDC: Morning our mind is in the meditative state, wake up before 5 am, and take bath. Look in the mirror, and keep appreciating yourself with water on your body and set expectancy for the day. Water has consciousness. ‘Hidden challenge in water’. Intention – Expectation – Effort.

·        Unable to concentrate in the beginning – No clarity, mind need to accept first, and you need to believe in it – initially you might not feel it to be realistic.

·       Meditation – breathing, seashore, sit in a pyramid – 5 elements Water, Sun, Air, Knowledge and Earth; Body parts.

·        More the emotions, more the power

·       Planning : RPA – Result Providing Activity. Plan previous day activities for next day. It will get rid of show stoppers, You will be focused on what to do. Ask two questions

o   Do we need to do this? – Has the job to be done? – If yes

o   Should I do it? If not by me – Recruit/Delegate/Outsource (plug & play)/Automation TCRT – Time consuming Redundant Task.

·       Add one hour solid learning time, to your day.

·       Angry – Your weakness comes out, when you are angry and you become frustrated. Think why you are getting angry. Work a way out. Educate your self, Suggest. Be Happy. Be Cool.
