5am Club - Day 6 – Self Affirmations

 5th March 2022, 

1.       Each person has their own personality.

2.       Every personality- i.e. Self-Concept -  have three parts  - Self Concept.  - Self Ideal, Self-Image, Self Esteem - what you think, what you share and what you feel.

3.       Ideal Situation means what? – RP – Each of us have Reference Point.

a.       Self-Ideal is the person you are most likely to become. When your Goal is clear, yourself ideal will be clear – from 8th day we will learn more on this. You will have better bucket lists.

b.       Self-Image is what you think of yourself, what you think inside is what will come out. It matters a lot.  – What others think of you is none of your business. What brings it down is Comparison, limiting belief, - our thoughts are triggered by our sub-consciousness. Only we can change our image. Visualisation and Affirmation will help it.

c.       Self-Esteem is –How much you love yourself. If it crosses border, it will become Ego. Persistence is the most important to overcome anything. Watch your words, it becomes your thoughts, watch your thoughts, it becomes your life. If your self Esteem is clear, you will become unstoppable.


The real self can be seen by others, but because we have no way of truly knowing how others view us, the real self is our self-image. The ideal self, on the other hand, is how we want to be. It is an idealized image that we have developed over time, based on what we have learned and experienced.

4.       We define our affirmations – Mantras – It should be positive, personal and in Present tense. PPP.





5.       Read the statements daily. Put your own photo – you are the owner of your life, hero of your life.

6.       Affirmation statement is going to be your game changer. Gratitude, success, Confidence, self esteem, decision maker, abundance, attitude, business, love, family, relationship, forgiveness, law of attraction, health, exercise, pregnancy, beauty, women.

8.       What action you take in life is important – just going for one training after another will not help.

9.       Have conscious, purposeful life.

a.       What’s your purpose? Create your mission statement.

b.       7 Goals

c.       101 Bucket list – with images

d.       Create Vision Board.

e.       20 to 30 affirmation statement

Work on these, complete and be the change you want to see.  Self Ideal, Self Image, Self Esteem
