5 am Club: Day 4 - Law of Attraction

 


1.       Have at least 7 hours sleep, take a short nap in between, have dinner before 8 pm, drink 3-4 litres of water daily. Have juice.

2.       ABR- Ask , Believe, Receive, - Law of attraction

3.       Laziness – opposite energetic, super active, vibrant, brisk.

4.       Put the positive word before your name. Example Action Taker, Super Active 

5.       Where your focus is, there would be the energy, where is your energy, your action and effort is there. – SC – Sub Conscious mind. Will help you achieve what you want.

6.       Unless we act upon, negative thoughts will keep coming to our mind. Tune our subconscious mind.

7.       PPP – Positive, Personal, Present Tense.

8.       ABR- Ask , Believe, Receive, - Law of attraction – Important TAKE ACTION before your receive. – Massive action is needed. Hacking the subconscious mind. Extra Effort. Where emotions are more efforts are more. Feelings.

9.       Come out of your comfort zone – CZ. Win for us, not for others.

10.   2 Major and 6 minor techniques –

a.       Vision Board. - Visualisations

b.       Affirmations

                                                           iii.      Present tense

                                                           iv.      Pictures and Videos

                                                             v.      Repetitions

                                                           vi.      Emotions and feelings

11.   The moment you decide you want to change, that moment your growth will start.

12.   There is nothing called overnight success.

13.   Vision Board – every year 4+4+4 = Simple, little easy, very hard – Take 9 goals from bucket list. – Have 12 images in your vision board. – Canva tool.
