2. Let Go – Remove bad experience – Pain inside. We can choose to be there
or take it as a bad experience. Find meaningful solution.
3. Being part of Tribe – Exercise, stage, marathon,
business – tie, Society – Lion, 5am, It’s easy to do things together with
others. – PI – Performance increase. UP – Unnecessary Pressure. – Not good for
the association, best for the association.
4. MSO – Remove clutter. Make life simple.
5. Video learning – Super tool. You tube - google talks,
over 20 minutes (to understand thought process), TED,
6. Books – you have even author reading and summaries
as well. – Leverage things to your advantage – University on the wheels.
Self-Development is like Shelf development ; once it was for books, but now it
is online courses. Learn Fast, Speed Implementation. – FLSI.
7. Specialised Mentors – When the student decides, teacher will appear. Over a period, you will try to emulate
them. Karthick – running, CKK, CKR, Dr. Velumani. – Global, we might not be
able to copy, local it will be easier.
8. Choosing what is right and not what
is convenient. –
Avoid Procrastination. How you do anything is how you do everything. Money love
speed – Fast learn speed implement – FLSI. Tomorrow it will get diluted.
9. Networking with the right people – you are the shadow of the 5
people you associate with. – I don’t want to spend time with people who kill my
time.
10. Friend Circle Good, Positive– Cut people who
create problem, unless they are in C1. Check if the person is energy sucker or
energy giver.
11. Attend Seminars: Not all
seminars will be good – feel free to walk out.
12. Give a me time to yourself – Most important person around you
is you yourself. Energise body and mind. When you are travelling fast, think if
what you are doing is right? Understand how the world is moving. We never know
when the technology will be outdated. Take a break come back, but be a lifelong
learner.
13. Relax and Energise: Self-reflection is important. There
is a difference between taking a tour and being energised. The place influences
us.
